The Space:
Our apartment is equipped with a comfortable king sized bed, which can be ziplocked to make 2 singles depending on your travelling needs, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a state-of-the-art 32-inch smart TV. High-speed WiFi, kitchen appliances, as well as working desk make this the perfect place to call home. Additionally, the property includes a designated parking space, making life a breeze for residents, especially after a busy day of shopping or working in the office. Whether you're indulging in a cosy Netflix binge on our plush sofa or entertaining friends in the sociable open-plan living area, this inviting space serves as the perfect retreat to relax, socialize, and find inspiration.
Guest Access:
You will receive check-in information 24 hours prior to check-in. It is a self-check in procedure and access is via lockbox. The latest time you will receive support for check in is 9pm on the day of arrival, instructions and information will not be sent out after this time if the requested forms/payment have not been completed.

Broadoaks is located in the heart of Solihull and a stoneâs throw from the Touchwood Shopping Centre for all your retail and culinary needs. Youâll find the train station is a 8-minute walk. Enjoy a show or attend a conference at The NEC, only 15 minutes, by car and if youâre after serene surroundings the we suggest a day trip to Malvern and Brueton Park. Just over a mile away, it benefits from a conservation area with tennis courts , a lake, and a playground, so thereâs plenty to enjoy with family & friends.
Getting Around:
The development is a 1 minute walk to Solihull Station where you can get a train into Birmingham City Centre within 10 minutes or a train to London in 1 Hour and 30 minutes. Solihull Town is a short 10 minute walk. Due to the location and the parking on site you have array of options to get to any of your destinations
