An eye-catching, contemporary hideaway, this spacious holiday home is the perfect bolthole from which to explore numerous escapes including seaside coastlines, national treasure walks, and a nearby city stacked with history, all whilst being situated on the fringes of the market town of Honiton, with its independent shops and eateries. The property has high eco credentials having a state-of-the-art solar and air source heat pump heating system and use their own eco cleaning products.
Honiton is a vibrant market town with a delightful assortment of shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. You can walk there in 10 minutes and enjoy the antique shops and bustling street markets. You can even jump on the train at Honiton railway station to whisk you off on adventures if you want to leave the car behind. Broadhembury, voted the most beautiful village in Devon, is only 3 miles away by car and boasts an amazing pub and circular walks. For those seeking coastal adventures, a short car journey south will unveil the awe-inspiring Jurassic Coast, including seaside towns such as Branscombe, Sidmouth, Seaton, Beer and Lyme Regis all within 18 miles. For a change of pace, the cathedral city of Exeter is easily accessible by train, 25 miles away where there are a wealth of shops and cultural experiences awaiting your discovery. Visit the Quay for kayaking or rock climbing. Family fun is to be had at Escot Wildwood getting lost in the maize or visit Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. Haldon Hill for mountain biking and Go Ape! high rope escapades above the tree’s give a memorable day out.
