We are very excited to welcome you to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the private and peaceful resort of the Matchroom County Club. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, this modern and spacious apartment is ideal for couples, friends and golf lovers! Our stylish apartment provides a peaceful getaway while being conveniently close to local amenities.

The spacious open-plan living and dining room room boasts natural light and a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a round of golf.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with all the amenities you need for a home-cooked meal or a quick snack.

There are two beautiful bedrooms offering comfortable twin beds, ample storage, and each with its own private outdoor terrace - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! There are two large and modern bathrooms - one featuring a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

From the living area, step straight outside onto the private terrace and enjoy amazing views of the pool, golf course and surrounding mountains—an ideal spot to enjoy the sun all day long or unwind in the evening.

The property also benefits from access to the community pool and beautifully landscaped gardens, offering the perfect setting for relaxation.

Located at the renowned Mijas Golf course, our apartment is just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Mijas Costa, and local shops and restaurants, providing an ideal base for enjoying the best of both relaxation and adventure in the Costa del Sol.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days.

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. The garden and pool is shared with residents of the building. There are free parking spaces directly outside the complex.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop directly outside of the apartment complex. The M-223 bus runs every 2-hours to the Fuengirola Terminal, with a number of stops along the way. From the Fuengirola terminal, there are various other bus routes that you can take to explore the area.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please do let us know if your check-in time will be after 8pm as an additional charge may apply.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS

Pool/beach towels are available upon request at the time of booking. An additional cost will be charged.

For longer bookings, a mid-stay clean & linen change can be provided upon request. An additional cost will be charged.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
