INFO DE L'UNITÉ: comprend une cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble et WiFi gratuit. Notre premier étage (bâtiment surélevé avec parking en dessous, donc le premier étage est d'un étage avec accès par ascenseur). Le balcon face à l'océan offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique et surplombe la piscine.

COMMODITÉS: Au complexe, il y a une piscine extérieure et un barbecue au charbon de bois pour cuisiner. Il y a beaucoup de chaises longues autour de la piscine pour prendre des rayons.

Great week at the beach

Furniture was very dusty and the floors might not have been mopped in weeks. My children’s feet were black from the floors.

The pool is nice, all around this place is nice. This year a lot of the pool chairs were broken and few things could use some TLC but overall still worth it for us and enjoyable.

Reviewer Comments: Had a nice week condo was clean for us checking in just alittle delay getting into it. The property needs to work on emptying there trash cans as all were overflowing for days. And down at our locker where all beach things are kept is in need of some cleaning up and straightening up looked pretty trashy around there. But had a great week with lots of family.

Very nice condo with amazing views!

We enjoyed the table on the balcony and awesome views. The parking was a nightmare, the street side got very loud at night, they were very stingy on towels and wash clothes and toilet paper. We had to go buy our own. The check in/out process is very old school and needs to be updated. Every VRBO I have ever rented you get a code to a lockbox before arrival well this rental still requires you to check in and out at the office and they want an actual check to hold for incidentals instead of using card on file. That is the only complaints though, the condo itself is very nice and you can tell its been renovated.

Needs a new dishwasher and a garage disposal in the kitchen. The second bedroom needs queen size beds we have tall boys and their feet overhang full size beds. All and all great location but not a fan of the salt water pool.

Great Location and Access to the Beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was updated and very clean. It was the perfect size for 3 adults and 2 kids. We typically stay at a high rise condo, but wanted to try a 1st floor unit this time. We LOVED the fact it would take less than a minute to walk to the beach from condo. Location was also easy access to all kinds of shopping both food and entertainment. Cons- Beds not very comfy. Kitchen has bare minimum items and fridge small and not easy to go in and out of. Balcony had very little breeze and hot which I believe is coming from all the AC units that are housed in the parking garage level. Recliner would be nice in living room as there is only seating for 5 ppl in a 6 person condo.

Very nice

So clean compared to other places we’ve stayed at, could tell they actually cleaned the floors because the kids didn’t have black feet after walking on the floor. Only downside the bedrooms got hot at night with the doors shut, but would definitely stay again. Also beach access was great and not crowded. The after hours personnel super quick to respond as well when contacted.

Also provided a closet on the main floor which had nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and rafts, etc. Great for travelers like us who flew in. The only negative was the height of the balcony railing, very high!

very convenient

Unit was in excellent condition. Very roomy, if staying more than a week, bring necessities, kitchen not fully stocked. access to beach and surrounding attractions was very easy. Can see area being very crowded in peak summer season. limited parking at bldg. if at peak time use only one car. off lot parking holds 10 cars is two houses away. not far at all.

We really liked the location of the property, our first time in North Myrtle and we enjoyed it The only negative would be the parking, there was supposed to be space for 1 car on site but it was always full. Beach access was perfect. Property was clean. Easy to check in and check out, loved the binder, made it easy to find what we needed.
