"NOTES: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – Check-out from 9:00 to 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance (phone number . Check-in after 24:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement (guests will be accommodated the next day) or, if communicated at the moment of the reservation, they will be welcomed and surcharged 50.00 € to be paid upon arrival. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in. The property follows the mandatory waste separation programme and provides guests with recycling bins. Local tourist tax is payable locally set by municipal and you may be asked for a refundable security deposit of 200 Euros.

The Neighborhood:
Residence Badus is located just 200 metres from the centre of Badesi. It consists of three complexes of flats separated by a central area where you can find the reception office, a snack bar, a restaurant and a laundry. Each complex features a swimming pool and is set at about 100 metres from the other. In Badesi there are shops, cafés, restaurants, a tourist medical service and a pharmacy. The beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi are at 2.5 kms and 3 kms away, and they can also be reached by public bus (bus stop at 50/100 mts).
