It is located centrally in Hastings, with a 20 minute walk to Hastings old town, 10 minutes walk from the beach & just opposite the main shops making it very convenient.

Beautifully renovated spacious home, with a bedroom on each floor across 3 floors.

Bedrooms:
1 king, 1 double and 2 single beds, comfortably sleeps 6. all bedding and towels are of high quality and the property is professionally cleaned after every stay.

Lounge:
on the ground floor, is a large space with comfortable sofas, blankets, Large smart TV & portable Bluetooth speaker.

Dining area:
comfortably seats six, all crockery, glasses, placements and Cutlery is supplied.

Kitchen:
stunning kitchen with full sized fridge, built in microwave and oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, bowls, cleaning supplies etc. a coffeepod maker is also available with coffeepods.

Utility Room:
offers a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, laundry pods will be provided.

Bathrooms:
2 full size bathrooms ensures everyone can get ready on their time.

Bedroom 1 and 3 have access to balconies with a lovely town view of Hastings, perfect after a day of exploring to kick back and relax outside

the home is across 3 floors, so please note there are 3 sets of stairs each leading to a bedroom per floor

Parking in front of the house is for residents permit only between 9am and 8pm however the Morrisons car park is just a 4 minute flat walk away, it costs £4 for a full day of parking. it closes at 10pm and opens at 6am, however you can leave it there overnight you just won't be able to drive out until 6am.
