Located high up in one of Belfast's most iconic buildings and with cityscape views our beautiful, spacious 2BR apartment will suit any stay. You will find yourself right next to the SSE Arena, the Titanic Museum and the Odyssey complex yet will be just mere minutes on foot from the main part of the city centre with its brilliant shops, pubs and transport links.
Then again, with a double balcony, huge smart TV and sumptuous furnishings - you may not want to leave at all!

Titanic Quarter is part of the overall city centre but to get to the main city centre it is a lovely 15 minute walk along the riverfront and over the iconic lit-up pedestrian bridge.
In the Titanic Quarter you will find lots of family style / chain restaurants such as Five Guys, Nandos and Subway as well as a fantastic Spar (convenience store), off-license and other small cafes.
You will also find on your doorstep a major cinema (Cineworld), 10 pin bowling and Northern Ireland's premier kids entertainment/discovery centre - W5.
Most importantly however you are right beside the SSE arena so do try to catch a show or an ice hockey match when here and also the Titanic Museum which has won countless awards over the years.
*Due to external cladding works, the balcony areas will be off limits from mid-April to Mid-August 2025. During this time construction will be ongoing between 07.30 and 18.00 from Monday to Friday. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause*
Guest's can access the whole property
Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. Due to surveillance in the building, such occurrences will quickly be brought to our attention and the stay will be cancelled immediately without refund.
We have to be strict on this policy as this is a residential area and we do not want to create a disturbance for our neighbours who are going about their day to day lives.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
