This is a modern build 3 bed house with a parking space out front. It sits in a small private development close to the trendy Ormeau Road with Cutters Wharf bar and the famous Errigle Inn nearby. Forestside, one of Belfasts premier shopping centres is only 5-10 mins walk with M&S, Sainsburys and many other retailers. The house is fitted out for those who need to work from home with fast WIFI and a smart 55 inch tv. As a Super host I strive to provide top quality service at all times . đ This is a 3 bedroom semi detached townhouse. Ground floor has decent size living room with 55 inch flat screen smart tv . The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine , dish washer and all the basics pots and utensils for cooking . Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with en-suite with a king size hotel quality bed and a second bedroom with king size bed as well. The third bedroom is smaller but has room for a queen size bed . The house has high speed fibre broadband provided by Virgin Media. David is an experienced super host who prides himself in offering quality accomodation. Guests have access to The full house and a private parking space directly outside the house . The house is a self check in with lockbox , however as a superhost I am always available to contact throughout your stay in case there are any issues or if you require information. Based off a tree lined residential road in South Belfast , the house is located in a leafy private small development of five houses. Guest have access to a private parking space directly outside the front door of the house. There is a bus stop across the road 1-2 mins walk towards Annadale embankment. This bus takes you into the city centre in about ten minutes and comes regularly .
Good location with very comfy beds. in peaceful neighbourhood. Needs a little updating and more kitchen equipment but the basics are all there. Excellent communcation from generous owner. Agreat weekend away.
Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs prior to arrival. So as it stands we would avoid using this site again due to this breach in your T&Cs
