Our stay was a nice change from being in Dublin and Galway. The walk around the property is very relaxing. It was nice being able to spread out in different rooms.
As a family of 4, it was perfect. It was clean and fresh. The location was good for touring the area.
The communication was perfect between the owners and ourselves.
I would return and recommend.
A very clean and well appointed apartment with a comfortable bed and seating. 20 minutes from Carrickfergus and well serviced by good roads - easy to find. Farm walks and interesting things to see on and around the farm. The farm shop could not have been more convenient - it was right underneath us. Patricia has made this a lovely place to stay. Thank you.
Beautiful guesthouse; our room was immaculate and spacious, breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed our time immensely. Patricia was a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend.
I had an amazing stay at this property. Really luxury rooms, so comfortable. Most powerful shower! Lovely little snug with roaring log fire. Quiet peaceful nights sleep in comfy bad. Highly recommend .. as good as a hotel but better value!
We loved our stay here. Beautiful location, peaceful. Lovely, comfortable rooms with plenty of space and nice extra touches. Patricia is an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble. The sitting room/ snug was wonderful with itâs log fire, comfy sofas and a variety of board games and books to utilise.
It was a good central location for all the activities we ventured off to do. Will definitely be back!
Stayed here with my 11 year old son. Very peaceful. Our room looked out onto the garden, which was beautiful and lovely to sit in. Our room was spotless and spacious. pillows were amazing!! Plenty of tea/coffee and fresh milk was delivered to our room.
There is a tea room and a farm shop attached here. There is also a walk you can go on which I think is a mile loop.
I highly recommend going on a horse ride which you can book and are on site.
Friendly hosts and very helpful with local attractions.
A place of calm and serenity in a hectic world. Room was excellent. Cafe was excellent, I'd return to the cafe even if not staying as a guest.
We'll be back to stay here.
What a lovely B&B.
It is in a really lovely location, the staff are all very friendly. Our room was at the front with a garden view and was very comfortable and spacious, with a really excellent en-suite.
Downstairs was a lovely cosy sitting room with a great library of books, which was great for relaxing in the evening
Breakfast was tasty and a good choice
All in all I would recommend for a stay only 25-30 minutes from Belfast
The rural setting was beautiful. The on-site organic store was very well-stocked with interesting items. The guest room was elegant yet very comfortable, and the lounge was very cozy. Breakfasts were delicious with great variety, and the staff were very engaging and friendly. Pretty much perfect!
Really great stay. Lovely room, fab farm walk, great breakfast. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Happy to recommend this place to other couples looking for a peaceful break.
Stayed for one night. Peaceful location. Room lovely and clean. Tea/coffee in lounge downstairs with homemade cake. Owners helpful. Breakfast plentiful and varied.
Terrific, amazing, fabulous, and friendly. This farm is beautiful. One of the best places out of six I stayed at on this trip to Ireland. Comfortable rooms, delicious food, and quiet location. I loved having tea, coffee and brownies in the library. The hosts run a fine establishment.
This was probably one of our favorite bnbâs while staying in Ireland . Patricia gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our room, the âIrish Hare.â The room is so adorable! Especially the wall paper . It was a beautiful pattern of blue and white with charming pictures of farm animals and local wildlife . The bed was super comfy and the sheets smelled amazing! Downstairs there was a cozy little room with a fire and fresh biscuits with tea. The biscuits are to die for! Omg they were delicious! The next morning we had a delicious breakfast before heading out to Carrick Fergus . Right next to the guest house there is a little market with organic produce and food products. We stopped in and bought a few items before leaving. Thatâs when we met the owner of the farm. We had a wonderful conversation with him! Wish we couldâve stayed longer , one night wasnât enough!
Although an older building the rooms are bright, roomy and warm. we opted for an evening meal the first night which was lovely as are the breakfasts with a nice range of choices.
Patricia and Tom are very welcoming and nothing is a problem. Plenty of tea and coffee and a nice cosy guest sitting room with a very warm stove.
Location is very peaceful yet very close to Belfast and a lot of the attractions around.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!
