Wonderful 2 bedroom refurbished apartment on the fringe of the city centre and located in historical Falls Road area of Belfast. With tons of amenities and attractions on your doorstep there is no need to venture far but just in case you do, a Glider (Belfast's award winning bus network) is right outside the apartment (5 mins to city centre). So whether you are in town to enjoy Irish music, sample the best Guinness, or be amazed by the many museums, you have found your Belfast home from home

Welcome to our historic apartment, where the past meets the present in a harmonious blend of elegance and functionality. Nestled in the heart of Belfast, our residence overlooks a significant landmarkâthe old Ross Mill chimney. This iconic feature, a remnant of the city's illustrious linen manufacturing history, stands as a testament to Belfast's industrial prowess and resilience.
Our apartment's vantage point offers a unique perspective on this chapter of Belfast's history. The view of the old mill chimney, a silent sentinel of the past, is a constant reminder of the city's industrial roots. This sight is not just a nod to history; it's a celebration of the ingenuity and determination that once fuelled Belfast's economy and continues to inspire its residents today.

Our apartment is located in a fantastic area of the city. It is in west Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to local cafes, bars and restaurants that are all found nearby. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast, you can walk it in under 20 minutes, jump on the super quick glider bus, or hail a local black cab. Dunville Park is very close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll. For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Jail it is possible to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition, the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops just outside the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city.
The area is very historical and by staying here you will get a real feel for true Belfast life. Overlooking Clonard Monastry and steps away from many tourist sites relating to the âTroublesâ of bygone years, you will not be short of things to do in the immediate vicinity. In addition, just 5 minutes walk away you will find the Falls Road Leisure Centre which has a pool, squash courts, basketball courts etc and are available on a pay as you go basis.
Other things to note
No parties / loud noise / extra guests at any time. The stay will be cancelled immediately without refund when discovered.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
