This charming two bedroom apartment is located in the Colinas del Mar complex in Riviera del Sol. Set back in the hills of Riviera, the apartment enjoys uninterrupted sea views. The secure gated complex offers two communal pools, one with a separate children's pool and a tennis court. There is also an open carpark. The beach and a selection of restaurants, bars and shops are all within a 1km distance. Miraflores Golf Club is under 2km away. The apartment offers hot & cold vented aircon throughout and free WIFI.
The apartment is located on the first floor with access by stairs and is arranged over one level. The open plan living space benefits from a well equipped kitchen. There is a dining seating area and the lounge area offers two sofas and a TV with International channels. From the dining area, access the private covered terrace to enjoy the dining seating area. From sunrise to sunset, take in the breath taking sea views.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom offers twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and shutters. The apartment benefits from a family bathroom, fitted with a bath with a shower attachment and also a washing machine.
Please note, there is a small construction site visible from the apartment terrace. It does not obstruct the view. There is a small amount of noticeable noise.
