Villa Great views on the sea and pool!

The house in Scala has 5 bedrooms and has capacity for 10 people. The house is 220 m². The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, private swimming pool, 1 TV.In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and hob are provided.

Prices include: air conditioning and electricity up to 300Kwatt (extra consumption will be paid at EUR0,60/Kwatt), bed linen, bath and pool towel, maid cleaning (4days/week, 2 hrs/day)

Pool opening: from April until end of October (weather condition permetting)

Extra cost to be paid locally in cash on arrival:
Damage deposit: EUR 800
Final cleaning: EUR300
Local tourist tax: EUR1,50 per person, per night

On request, we can provide following services at the extra costs as mentioned below:
Baby crib: EUR 15 per day
Extra bed: EUR65 per day (max2 extra beds)
Maid service: EUR 15 per hour
Change of bed linen and bath towel: EUR 25 per each room

Wood for fireplace: EUR 50 per quintal(2 lb)
Heating: EUR 4/m3
Porter Service: EUR10 per luggage, one way
Parking space: is provided in a private parking lot at about 1,5km from the villa- EUR 30-40 per day
(depends on car size) and includes valet service.
On request, we can host events and small wedding (up to 40 people) as the extra fee of EUR3500
