Elegant and spacious apartment in the center of Rome, in the exclusive and charming Aventine district.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a 1930s building with elevator just 350 meters from the Circus Maximus, in the elegant Aventine district.
Within walking distance you will have as many as 2 subway stops, all services such as restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets.
You can walk to the Baths of Caracalla, the headquarters of the FAO, the Colosseum, the Testaccio and Trastevere neighborhoods, the Tiber Island and many other sites of interest.
The spacious house consists of:
- 2 double suites both with private en-suite bathrooms
- double living room with dining area and TV area
- large and professional kitchen with island and induction hob
- third courtesy bathroom
- large laundry room with washing machine
- 3 balconies

The 2 master suites both have their own private bathrooms , the first also has a private balcony as well as ample closet and a 43” smart TV with internet access and Netflix.
