Whether you prefer the convenience of catching a bus just steps from your door or a short 7-minute stroll to Maida Vale Underground Station, the Bakerloo Line will whisk you further into the city in just 2 minutes. For those who enjoy walking, a 25-minute walk will take you to Edgware Road and other key Central London attractions.

The Studio Space:
This thoughtfully designed studio accommodates up to 4 guests. The space features a cosy well-dressed double bed, alongside a firm double sofa bed that sleeps two. There’s a coffee table and a remote-controlled TV for relaxation.

The bathroom has a shower, complete with toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, handwash, and toilet rolls. The bathroom has a handheld bidet shower. Hand and Bath towels are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, pots, pans and a frying pan, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee, and sugar to get you started. A fridge and washing machine are also at the studio for your convenience.

You will also have a hairdryer an iron and ironing board as well as a foldable clothes rail at the studio for convenience. We have provided you with a bedside table with a lamp and another floor lamp in which the light colour an intensity can be adjusted.

Fire extinguisher is also provided at the studio.

Lighting-
The studio is fitted with individual light switches, allowing you to illuminate specific areas as you wish. You can choose to have certain parts of the studio lit while keeping others dimmed, or enjoy full lighting throughout for your convenience.

Safety First-
The entrance area is CCTV protected for your peace of mind.

Intercom-
Want to see whose waiting for you downstairs at the gate? The intercom is right next to your bed! See them in the camera before you invite them to your apartment!

Heating/ Fan-
The property is extremely well insulated and centrally heated but an extra heater or a fan can be provided upon your request.

Privacy & Tranquillity:
The South-facing studio Window has a blackout blind to ensure complete privacy. When the blinds are lifted, you’ll enjoy unobstructed sunlight and views with no neighbouring buildings directly in front of your windows. Despite the property’s central location, the soundproof windows provide a peaceful retreat, with Zero traffic or other noise disturbance.

Parking:
Directly outside the building , ample parking is free on Weekends and Bank Holidays. On weekdays, you will only pay until 18:00 after which the parking is free.

Dining:
Adjacent to the property, you’ll find a chic café and restaurant. A menu will be provided on the bedside table, along with the restaurant’s phone number, allowing you to order meals to your doorstep—perfect for those arriving after a long journey. Please note, this service is provided solely for your convenience, with no commission earned by us.

Drycleaning:
Although a Washing machine, ironing board, and iron are provided at the studio, if you do not wish to wash and iron your clothes, then there is a dry cleaner just a few steps from the building too!

Hairdressers: Need a haircut? Hairdressers are also a few steps from the building.

Communal Area:
The studio is located on the second floor, accessible via a fully carpeted staircase. Please be aware that there is no lift in the building.

Parties:
While we kindly ask that no parties are held within the property, the neighboring café and restaurant offer both indoor and outdoor seating and are happy to host gatherings with your friends.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

Smoking:
Smoking or usage of any recreational drugs is not allowed at the property.

In Case of Fire:
Fire extinguisher is provided at the studio, Fire exit is clearly visible at the communal area and the assembly point is right outside the building (please see pictures).
