This refined apartment located in the famed Swiss resort of Verbier, accommodates up to 8-guests in splendid aged timber-lined bedrooms. Its position close to the beating heart of the resort makes skiing, dining and night-life all easily accessible.

Square Poste is the epitome of a contemporary Verbier apartment. Elegance, comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of this wonderful private home. A sauna, log fireplace and balcony make this an ideal holiday retreat for families or professionals.

Sleeping for 8

Square Poste offers three splendid bedrooms all located on the same floor.
Two double bedrooms beautifully finished in aged-timber, one ensuite, and a wonderful bunk room that sleeps four.
Plenty of storage and hanging space allows for generous packing and travelling with a few more luxuries.
King sized beds with deep mattresses, down pillows; soft cotton and silk linen all make for restful sleep after long days of skiing.
Bathrooms

The apartment has two aged-timber and tile bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. There are both showers and a bath.

Both bathrooms have soft cotton bath towels and luxury toiletries to indulge you after a long day’s skiing.

Living

The heart of Square Poste is a stylish open-plan sitting room and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. Timber- walls, parquet flooring and large windows make the area light and spacious. French windows open to a private balcony for sitting and contemplation.

Comfortable seating and tasteful furnishing make this space ideal for relaxing in front of the log fireplace and recounting stories of the day’s activities. For those wanting the ultimate in post-ski relaxation, the sauna will ease away even the most stubborn of aches and pains.


Cooking & Dining

Square Poste’s well-equipped kitchen will satisfy the most exacting of chefs; or be the perfect setting for casual home cooking.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a glass dining table with chairs and sheepskin covered wall-bench sits 8-people in comfort for smart dining and family meals alike.

Skiing

Access to the Medran ski lift, the gateway to the 4-Vallées lift system, could not be simpler. Regular and comfortable ski buses run to all skiing areas with the closest bus stop less than a minute’s walk from the apartment.

Square Poste has its own private ski room.

Booking Includes:

Linen, towels, kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, bathroom amenities, post-stay clean, tourist taxes and on-call assistance throughout your stay.

Other Details to Note

END OF STAY DEPOSIT

Your property will be spotlessly clean, tidy and without damage when you arrive and we need to ensure it is in the same state for the next guests. Just in case there are any issues, we ask for a re-fundable end of stay (damage) deposit of 1,000 CHF which is payable prior to arrival. This deposit is held by MBM to cover any extra costs or loss for:

Extra Cleaning:

Post-departure cleaning is included in the rental fee but we politely ask our guests to leave the property tidy and in a good and reasonable state ready for our housekeeping team to clean, changeover and prepare the chalet to its original high standard. If, however, our cleaners are faced with unreasonable, excessive or exceptionally dirty cleaning we will charge for additional cleaning time by the hour.

Crockery, Glassware & Kitchen Equipment:

Please be kind enough not to leave dirty pans, plates and glasses. We have a limited time to clean and changeover the property and that is disrupted if the housekeeping team has to spend considerable time washing up and replacing crockery, glassware and kitchen equipment.

Disposal of Rubbish:

Switzerland has regulations that govern rubbish and recycling disposal. We ask our guests to comply with these rules by disposing of their rubbish and recycling at the designated locations before their departure. Should you not have the time or simply prefer us to do this for you we are more than happy to do so for a fixed cost of 200 CHF deductible from the deposit

Breakages and Damage:

We understand accidents happen but we ask our guests to please let us know if there are any breakages or damage. If we know about them, we can replace or repair in time for the next guests. Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged. We are very fair about breakages and damage and will repair/replace at cost with a charge for our time.

Return of Deposit:

End of Stay deposits (less any deductions) are returned to the guest within three to five working days. Naturally we hope to be able to return your deposit in full!


MBM TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1. About:

Mont Beau Ménage (MBM) is property management provider, property service provider, property rental provider and property rental broker. We manage properties on behalf of owners (Owners) which may include marketing and short-term lettings to guests (Guest/s). We provide services to property owners and guests who book to stay in those properties.

2. Balance of Payments:

As per VRBO's policy.

3. Damage Deposit (End of Stay Deposit):

Bookings will incur a pre-authorised or pre-paid damage deposit. Damage deposits in full, or a portion thereof, will only retained where there are damages or loss to the property. Damage or loss includes external property damage or loss including gardens and driveways. Damage or loss includes internal property damage to contents and/or fixtures and fittings; breakages to property contents or where additional cleaning or services are required to return the property to its pre-check-in standard. Where damaged items need to be replaced or repaired, MBM will pass on the cost of the replacement or repair to the Guest/s at cost. Where MBM cleaning or other services are required, including time taken in replacing or repairing damaged items, these services will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate. Damage deposits (less any deductions) are returned to the guest within three to five working days. Guest/s agree to report any damage and/or breakages to MBM prior to their departure. Guest/s agree to leave the property in a tidy and reasonable state of cleanliness prior to their departure. Guest/s agree not to leave dirty crockery, glassware, cutlery or kitchen equipment prior to their departure. Guest/s agree to remove all their personal possessions prior to departure. Guest/s agree to dispose of all rubbish and recycling to the designated locations prior to their departure. Should Guest/s prefer MBM to dispose of all rubbish and recycling to the designated locations, or they do not have time to dispose of all rubbish and recycling to the designated locations, MBM will make a fixed charge of CHF 200 deductible from the deposit.

5. Personal Property Insurance:

No insurance cover will be provided to Guest/s for personal property or effects. MBM does not accept liability for Guest/s personal property or effects.

6. Representation of Properties:

Images and descriptions of properties are made accurately and in good faith at the time of listing. Some interior furnishings and room layouts may change from time to time.

7. Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-in times are not before 16:00. Check-out times must be before 10:00. Where possible MBM will show flexibility on request for early and late check-in and check-out.

8.Complaints:

Should you have a compliant, before during or after your stay ,please write to MBM at office@mbmchalets .com All complaints will be acknowledged within 24-hours and dealt with promptly.

9. Restrictions & Rules:

Guest/s agree to respect local regulations and laws, and to abide in full to restrictions and house rules of the property. Restrictions and house rules are shown on the Booking Agreement and/or below.

10. MBM Liability:

MBM do not accept liability for loss resulting from force majeure, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, disruption to transport networks, extreme weather or if the property becomes unfit for purpose. MBM’s liability to Guest/s is limited to the amount of rent paid. MBM do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury which arises as a result our or negligence or that of our employees while acting in the course of their employment, or for any other liability which may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

11. Guest/s Liability:

All Guest/s who form a party will be jointly and severally liable for the total rent and for any damage or loss caused by them.

12. Cancellation Policy (cancellation by Guest/s):

As per VRBO's cancellation policy.

13. Cancellation Policy (cancellation by MBM and/or Owner):

As per Airbnb's cancellation policy.

14. Construction Work:

MBM cannot accept any liability for disruption or inconvenience caused by construction work nearby the rented property that is outside of its control.

15. Utility Providers:

MBM cannot accept any liability for disruption or inconvenience caused by electricity supply, water supply or internet supply that is outside of its control.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The Booking Agreement and Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place of MBM’s registered office (Riddes - Valais).

Great location, fantastic hosts, terrific apartment

Love the warm host and property manager where nothing was too much trouble. Attention to detail in the property was terrific and the location was great. Martin and team made it incredibly memorable.
