Moraira is known as the jewel in the northern Costa Blanca. With its upmarket marina, beaches and restaurants it is the perfect destination for families and couples alike. Nearby are plenty of beautiful bays, stunning coastal walks, golf, tennis and watersports plus if you wish to explore further afield the nearby resorts of Javea, Denia and Calpe are less than 20 minutes drive. For the more adventurous there are stunning waterfalls and vineyards to explore or for more of an adrenalin rush the theme parks and water parks in Benidorm take about 35 minutes by car. Locally there is also a small fun fair with dodgems, trampolines and rides for younger children. The local market opens every Friday until lunchtime and is within 10 mins walk.
If you wish to explore outside Moraira a car is recommended. There are trains that run from Teulada from where you can reach Denia for ferries to Ibiza and Majorca. A great trip is to drive or train to Valencia where there is the award winning Oceanographic centre and City of Arts and Sciences.
This was our second visit to the villa. We have been coming to Moraira for over 20 year and our (now adult) family have voted this their favourite villa. The villa is well maintained and provides everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor table in the naya has spectacular views of the mountains and is a great spot at sunset. Our favourite moment of the week was watching shooting stars while on a lilo in the pool! We would highly recommend a visit.
We have just returned from a weekâs stay at Casa Los Arcos. This is an absolutely amazing villa with beautiful views and in a quiet location. The villa is ideal if you donât want to drive as it is located within walking distance of the main centre. The villa has everything you need and more. There is plenty of seating areas, table tennis, table football and a lovely sized swimming pool.Communication with Amanda was superb and I always received a reply the same day and Amanda was very helpful with her knowledge of the area. The villa was perfect for all our family members, which included, grandparents, adults, a teenager and a child. I would definitely recommend booking this Villa.A wonderful holiday!
What a beautiful villa.I stayed here with my wider family, so there was 6 adults including Grandparents, and 5 kids (ages, 6, 3, 2 and twins aged 18 months)The villa:The rooms are all a good size, everything is nice and modern. The villa was spotless when we arrived.Plenty of room outside and a lovely pool.Seating options for eating/chilling upstairs and downstairs by the pool and terrace. There's everything you need from a villa for two weeks.Air-con is available in the bedrooms. If you have young children - under 2, but walking - it's maybe worth noting that there's an internal staircase which has a railing with big gaps they could get/fall through. We just used duvets to act as a barrier.Location:Moraira is a lovely wee town. It felt very safe, loads of restaurants to chose from, a couple of beaches (although both very busy in the first two weeks of July) a good mix of shops and supermarkets and a busy market on a Friday. The Villa is a short walk from town, but you will need a hire car for food shopping, there is a very steep hill from the main road to the villa and while we would walk home most evenings, in the heat of the day it's a challenge!host:Amanda was fantastic in advance of the holiday. She responded to any enquiries usually within minutes, but always within the day. While we were there, the property manager, Grant, was superb as well. We had a couple of minor requests and he was excellent at helping us.Ww would highly recommend.
With multiple 5 star reviews on our previous advert on Trip Advisor/Holiday Lettings we are now excited to move to VRBO since the closure of direct villa bookings. We bought Casa Los Arcos in 2017 and more recently have enjoyed sharing the beautiful villa with guests during the summer months. We are always happy to answer questions and are always available to help if required during your stay.
