Our place was great for my family of four..superb location near the Marble arch tube station which was great and loved being by Hyde Park! The communication with Gabriel and Dalton was great..very responsive. And Dalton was so nice he met us early as our flight was on time so we got to get in the place early and leave our bags so we could head to the Chelsea match...My family had such a special time in London and this apartment helped add to a great experience...We hope to return! thank you all

The location and neighborhood were great. Walking distance to many attractions, tube stations, restaurants, and parks. Very comfortable for 4 adults. The host met us at the location to review the property and was very responsive to anything we needed. Overall a great experience and place to stay.

We didn’t do much cooking while we were there but the kitchen looked well stocked. It had a washing machine as well if you were hoping to do some laundry during your stay.

Perfect location! Great pubs steps away. Short walk to major sites. Close to 2 train stations. Easy check-in/out. We stayed here with our 2 daughters and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The location was excellent and set up was good. The service from the host was much appreciated when there was not a dryer as stated in the advertisement so they took care of our laundry for us. My husband also left his AirPods and they are mailing them to the US at no cost to us. Big thank you to Dalton for taking care of us!

Excellent property
We loved our stay here. It is a perfect location right in the heart of London and within walking distance to many great attractions. Train stations are also nearby. The property was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay for our family of 4. The host was very responsive and went out his way to help us.

Very comfortable space & terrific location
We stayed with our 8 year old for a short 4 day stay in London. The location is perfect for sightseeing, just behind Westminster and few steps from Churchill War Rooms. Clean & spacious & quiet street.

Very good location, clean, two full bathrooms, close to the Underground, Buckingham palace, big Ben. Stayed during New Years, make sure you get tickets to fireworks, otherwise it’s difficult to get/in out of the property because it is partitioned off.

Great location, great space! This apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for exploring London. Two good-sized bedrooms and a spacious living/dining area made our stay enjoyable. Easy access to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the tube.

Great location in central London
very nice and clean apartment with an unbeatable location next the Westminster Abbey and all other central attractions. two bedrooms with good bedding, one facing the street, another has a bathroom with a flight of stairs going down (very inconvenient and not good for night trips...). The rest is all good.

Great location. Walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abby, the Theatre District & Buckingham Palace. Close to 2 tube stations. The property manager (Dalton) was very helpful - he even offered to pick up snacks for us! He was very quick to answer any texts. Having a washing machine was very nice but it did take clothes a long time to air dry in muggy London.

The apartment was sparkling clean. The check in was smooth (handed keys as you don’t see the coded locks). Bed were comfortable. Washer/dryer worked. Everything about the apartment and checkin/out was perfect…with the exception of the location. Now if this is the location you are signed up for then it’s perfect as noted address with lots of yummy restaurants to walk to. The closest subway is marble arch (I believe). Unfortunately the rental we originally booked had an issue and was unavailable. We were moved to this location. The host graciously repaid our transportation costs for events we had booked that we had planned to walk to. This location is not wi a comfortable walking distance of any of the touristy sites. Again it was immaculate and the description was what you got. Nothing wrong w the apartment, just the location. This was just our experience and if you book this rental, it will be perfect. If you didn’t book this rental and get stuck here because of an issue w your original rental then make the best of it as it is lovely..but take note of the location.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean and spacious. It was bright and sunny. The kitchen is well equipped. We did laundry several times which was helpful. The location is great. Right next to Westminster abbey and Buckingham Palace but on a quiet side street so you’re away from the crowds. Close to 2 tube stations. Westminster and St James’s park. Easy to get to anywhere. Loved it.

Great location
This flat is in a perfect location. The front bedroom had a bit of street noise at night, and there was construction across the street that was quite loud early in the morning (but that could happen anywhere). Also, as someone else mentioned, the floors are very loud and creaky. But the apartment has everything you'd need and has quite a bit of space. Everything is clean and easy to use. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has what you need. I highly recommend this place. We plan to stay here again.

London weekend with family
Location cannot be beat! Traveling with a child, the flat was perfectly situated near parks, tube stops, and sights. The apartment had everything we needed, and the host was kind enough to check us weekly in the morning, after the arrival of our red eye flight. Some of the blinds in the main living space would not go up, so the unit felt dark at times. It a big inconvenience, as we weren’t there much during the day All in all, a great stay!

Perfect Location
Great apartment, centrally located if you want to see the iconic sights of London. Very clean and great responsiveness by host. Only things of note: pack wash cloths if you use them. The unit does not have a clothes dryer as listed. And, one of the bathrooms is down a flight of steps. None of these were issues for us. Would stay here again without hesitation.
