Cosy Edinburgh flat in city centre (Oldtown)

With Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street Gardens, Grassmarket and Royal Mile more or less on the doorstep, come and enjoy a vibrant stay and live like a local in our well equipped city centre Victorian tenement flat. Spittal Street really is in the heart of Edinburgh and is the perfect location to experience everything that this beautiful city has to offer.

Our flat is bright, cosy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Our place is particularly special because the second you walk out the front door, you are greeted with a magnificent view of Edinburgh Castle. We are truly in the heart of Edinburgh, and a wealth of restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, bakeries and coffee shops surround you. More or less everything is within walking distance, but if you wish to go further afield, there is a number of public transport options close by.

Inside, there is 2 double bedrooms, a shower room, separate WC and kitchen/living area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, utensils and essentials like tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper. The living area has a sofa, dining table and a smart TV with Netflix. The shower room has a waterfall shower as well as detachable head. There is a washing machine, iron and Victorian pulley system for drying clothes available.

Please be aware that the flat is located on the 2nd floor, up ~40 steps and there is no lift; please consider this if you have mobility issues. Unfortunately, our place isn’t wheelchair accessible.
