Kentwood Manor- Country retreat with Pool and Pool house
If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you will find this is the perfect place. Moorstock is a true private country estate, surrounded by countryside and enjoying views over the North Downs.
There are 18 acres of gardens and paddocks belonging to the house, so you will never be short of somewhere to go for a walk. The house itself dates back to the 17th century with some later additions helping to provide the luxuries of modern day living.
The space
Inside you will find four principal reception rooms, including a 31' drawing room, a bespoke well equipped kitchen with french doors leading out to a decked terrace with BBQ. The terrace overlooks a stream with the original 17th century stone footbridge.
There is a "smoking" room, cosy dining room and playroom with table football and conservatory off.
Upstairs there is ample accommodation with a super king master bedroom with an ensuite and dressing room, two further double bedrooms with ensuites, another double bedroom and a single sharing a family bathroom.
Outside is a beautiful large heated swimming pool and a further property with two bedrooms and bathroom providing useful additional accommodation if needed.
Moorstock House is a property that allows you to switch off and enjoy the peace and tranquility for a short break or an extended family holiday.
It is still very much used by the owners as a family home but is being opened up for short term lets at specific times of the year. Definitely one not to be missed!

Port Lympne Safari Park is less than 10mins away, one of the favourite places to go for many families !
- Folkestone beach and town, home to everything from pop ups to exclusive restaurants like Rocksalt or the recently restored Harbour Arm - a beautiful Promenade out to sea and home of Folkestone Marketplace and independent Food & Drink establishments.
Within walking distance is the Doomsday Book village of Sellindge which has a general store, post office, excellent pubs close by and a local farm shop.
