Magnifique condo 2BR / 2BA à Park Place dans le centre de Breckenridge ... Ce condo spacieux est une unité d'extrémité au dernier étage, offrant une vue imprenable à 270 ° sur le mont. Baldy, la ville et les pistes de ski le tout dans un endroit calme et paisible (sans pas de voisin bruyant d'en haut!). Il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 7 personnes et vous accueille avec une disposition parfaite; deux suites séparées, très privées, cuisine, salle à manger, salon et balcon privé. L'unité dispose du wifi haut débit gratuit.

La chambre à coucher n ° 1 a une atmosphère rustique de montagne avec un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bains avec une douche à vapeur séparée.
La chambre à coucher # 2 offre une ambiance confortable et paisible avec un lit queen-size et un lit double, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bains avec une baignoire / douche séparée. Serviettes, shampoing, revitalisant et nettoyant pour le corps sont fournis pour nos clients! Tous les draps, serviettes et draps fournis sont neufs!

Le salon spacieux offre une vue imprenable depuis chaque fenêtre, un beau foyer au gaz moderne, une grande télévision à écran plat avec système audio, un canapé-lit queen-size et des sièges confortables pour tout le monde.

Le condo offre également un placard à skis extérieur avec une serrure à combinaison pratique. Juste à l'extérieur de la porte et en bas des marches se trouvent deux bains à remous et un foyer pour la détente après-ski. Il y a un grand parking (couvert et ouvert) et vous recevrez un permis de stationnement avant votre arrivée.

Trois autres bains à remous et une grande piscine chauffée sont à seulement quelques minutes à pied.

L'emplacement de Park Place est imbattable… Prenez la navette gratuite juste de l'autre côté de la rue pour dévaler les pistes –- Télésiège Snowflake (jusqu'au pic 8) ou Beaver Run (jusqu'au pic 9). Lorsque vous avez terminé de skier, descendez la piste de quatre heures, enlevez vos skis et traversez la rue pour retourner au condo.
Prêt à parcourir la ville? Il vous suffit de faire quelques pas sur le magnifique pont de la rivière Bleue et vous êtes en plein centre-ville où vous trouverez des restaurants, des boutiques et des galeries tout en profitant du paysage à couper le souffle qui entoure Breckenridge.

Great condo in near the heart of Breckenridge

This condo is very cozy and comfortable and well appointed. Very convenient and walkable to anywhere in town. The hosts were accommodating, considerate and welcoming. The place was stocked with whatever guests might expect at someone's home (coffee, soap, etc.). They are thoughtful hosts and we highly recommend the property.

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I visited Colorado for the first time and rented Jeff and Connie’s Condo. The condo was in a perfect location to walk to the Main Street in Breckenridge and fully furnished, clean and beautiful. Aside from that, they were always available for any questions I had and so nice! I highly recommend this condo unit to rent. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great condo

Great condo close to downtown Breckenridge. Clean and plenty of space for a group of 4 (or more). Host was also accommodating when we had a special request. Our only complaint was that we wished the hot tub had earlier morning hours (it opens at 10am), but that’s obviously outside of the host’s control. Would stay again.

Excellent stay in Breck!!

The condo was as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teenage boys). Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the basics to make living very easy. The location was perfect for us as we could walk right to Main Street and enjoy the slopes with a short walk to the shuttle which was 1 stop to Snowflake lift. Ski In was also very convenient. Just a short walk from the 4’OClock trail back to home. Hosts Jeff and Connie were very responsive and helpful. The thin air was a bit of an adjustment for us NJ folk, but you get used to it after a day or so.

Great location

Pros: great location for walking to town and catching the free bus to the slopes; nice view of town, especially during Christmas with the lighted trees; well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, responsive and accommodating owners. Cons: 3rd floor walk up; narrow entryway for putting on boots/ski equipment; run down, dated facility (expected it to be nicer given the price); not ski in as advertised (although a short walk to the free bus). Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo was comfortable for our party of 4. However, Breckenridge has gotten very crowded and the holiday pricing was not a good value Christmas week.

We loved our stay at this apartment. It is fantastically located in the heart of Breckenridge - we walked to everything within minutes. The apartment itself was well equipped and well laid out. We will most definitely be back!

Perfectly located

This condo was perfectly located if you want to enjoy ski and ski out while also being very close to Main Street. The condo is very clean well decorated and a nice cozy place to stay. The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals if you desire.

Perfect for our weekend getaway!

We chose this property due to high ratings and upon our arrival we found that the ratings were 100% accurate! We loved the walking distance to downtown Breckenridge, the beautiful views, the cleanliness, and how well stocked the property was! What made it even better, was the floor fans! I usually have a hard time sleeping without the noise from my fans so we were happy to find floor fans in the closets. We enjoyed playing the board games and cozying up by the fireplace. Perfect for our family, can’t wait to come back.

The condo was exactly as described, included every amenity we needed, was clean, and a great location to downtown. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. The recommendations they provided were very helpful. We tried a couple of the restaurants and the e-bikes; all were great.

Beautiful Condo in Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo on our last-minute escape to the mountains. The location is fabulous. It is a super quick walk to the center of Main Street. The condo is also very well stocked with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Our communications with the owners were always answered promptly and you could tell they wanted you to have whatever you needed to make your stay comfortable. The only issue that we had that might not be an issue for any of you was that the condo was on the third floor which makes for great views but isn't too good if you are just a few weeks post knee replacement. There isn't an elevator. I should have read the description closer to check to see if there was an elevator, so it was totally my fault. As I said it probably doesn't matter to many but wanted to point this out in case it matters to you. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for your Breckenridge vacation.

Great Location

Very functional, comfortable unit just a block from the city center and so many incredible shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet with the windows closed but the vehicular noise is noticeable with the windows down. The unit is on the third floor with a very nice balcony and incredible view. No elevator however which is only a problem for flatlanders 😊. Overall a great place to stay!

Great stay!

We stayed here for a family trip through CO. This was an excellent property. Very clean, very spacious. Communication was perfect and there were even some snacks and coffee pods! So nice to stay here. Downtown shops/restaurants are literally a short walk. If we go back to Breckenridge next year, we will be booking this place!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We spent a long time looking for our special mountain home. When we first stepped into this unit, the location and views were like very few other properties. (So many condos face parking lots or other condos.) When we stay here, we will face the love seat toward the balcony, grab a hot cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the town and mountains to the east. It only gets better from there!
