The apartment, with its two bedrooms, living room, and spacious dining area with an open kitchen, is the ideal solution for families exploring Florence, university students, and professionals on business trips.

LIVING ROOM: The living room, the heart of the apartment, has been designed as a place for relaxation, comfort, and leisure. Thanks to the numerous armchairs and the sofa, our guests can enjoy each other's company. The living room also features a small work area with WiFi, where those who need to can stay in touch with colleagues back in the city.

KITCHEN + DINING ROOM: The dining room is characterized by a table that can accommodate up to 4 people and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. Pans, pots, a coffee machine, a kettle, an oven... guests will have all the utensils and appliances they need to feel like they are in their own kitchen.

BEDROOM 1: A spacious master bedroom with a King Size bed, enhanced with wooden furniture. The large built-in wardrobe will allow you to comfortably organize your luggage. Vintage paintings with hand-carved frames complete the room, giving it a noble aura.

BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom, slightly smaller than the master bedroom, features a bed made up of two single mattresses, ideal for your children and any additional guests. It is also enriched by a small balcony.
