Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse, located in the old town of Marbella Centre, 5 min by foot to the beach (Playa La Venus), Parque de la Alameda.
Located very closed to the EncarnaciĂłn Church, Plaza de los Naranjos (Townhall). The orientation of the property is south, sunny and with a wonderful roof top terrace. All the bedrooms have natural light.
This apartment comprises; lounge/dining room with access to a internal spanish style patio, fully fitted kitchen open to the lounge, a full bathroom in the groundfloor. On the first floor, master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds, third bedroom with double bed, separate bathroom with shower.
On the roof, big lounge with TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine area.
Nice and huge terrace on the roof with sightviews to the Church La EncarnaciĂłn and all the Town of Marbella.
