Villa indépendante à 400 mètres de la plage, à 5 minutes de Puerto Banus avec une superficie de 500 mètres et construit sur 155m2. Maison avec 4 chambres, 4 salles de bains, salon, salle à manger et cuisine. Extérieur de la maison: piscine, barbecue, jardin, parking sur la parcelle pour trois voitures. Chambres: Suite parentale, lit double king size, avec salle de bain complète (douche). Type de suite de deuxième chambre à coucher, lit double (135), salle de bains. Troisième chambre, avec deux lits simples (90), avec placard. Salle de bain complète avec douche pour cette pièce et toute la maison. Quatrième chambre Suite de type quatre, avec lit double XL (180), salle de douche et placard pour hommes et femmes.
Il est situé dans une zone indépendante de la villa.

Salon, salle à manger et cuisine avec plaque vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-linge. Tout équipé

De la Villa à Puerto Banus, il est à 7 km en voiture et vous pouvez marcher le long de la promenade qui relie San Pedro et Puerto Banus.
Puerto Banus est belle où vous trouverez des magasins de vêtements (court anglais) des supermarchés et il y a un PUERTO Sports est une zone très touristique il y a un OCEAN CLUB, BUDA est un club pour s'amuser, danser et s'amuser et la plage est au pied de Puerto Banus
centre commercial etc. .
De San Pedro à Marbella, situé à 10 km, vous pourrez visiter la vieille ville, l'église de l'Incarnation, ses rues, ses habitants et sa plage, qui attire de nombreux touristes
Estepona a11 kilomètres à l'est, vous trouverez une piste de golf, une équitation, un zoo et une ville très touristique
Ronda est l'un des plus beaux villages d'Andalousie
où vous trouverez l'arène, Tajo, plusieurs églises du 14ème siècle.
Malaga à 60 km de l'aéroport
au centre de malaga il y a des musées, une zone de loisirs à PUERTo, des centres commerciaux, une vieille ville, un château arabe.

Karina was the perfect host , taking time out for quick tour of San Pedro, which is a lovely town .Villa ideally located , gentle 5 min walk to beach or town centre .Villa has every modern appliance expected .Beds are large, very comfortable. Amazing holiday!

San Pedro never fails to deliver and neither did sunlight villa , came on holiday with my husband teenage children and my mum and dad we all had the best time the villa was perfect for us all . It couldn’t be in a better position so easy to get everywhere . Katrina couldn’t have been any more helpful the villa was so comfortable, space for everyone the pool and gardens were beautiful even better than the pictures I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back to stay again .

Beautiful and comfortable home!!

We were pleasantly surprised when the property was even nicer than the pictures! It’s was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was very close to the beach and restaurants Karina was extremely responsive to us and very helpful with information we needed I would highly recommend this home and would love to stay there again Thank you Karina!

this holiday was beyond all expectations. the house was perfectly located with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. very nice with a bathroom for each bedroom. the owner was very helpful if we needed help with anything or wondered about something. X-mas vacation 2022/2023

We had a wonderful stay at the villa with our adult children and two dogs. The house was a good size and it was great to have the separate studio. Enough space and privacy for everybody. The location was great, 5 min. walk to the beach. Karina our host was fantastic, if we had a question or request she was immediately ready to answer and help. I highly recommend this villa. Disappointing- Villa ok but in an active building site

Holiday with two families. Villa ok, good size and nice pool. However when we arrived we realised it was located in a building site with the roads around it being excavated, bricks being cut and laid all day and huge dust clouds coming over the house. Childrens buggies had to be lifted over wet concrete by builders. Could not get near house with car. We had been told one month beforehand that the work would be finishing with some ‘planting trees’ and offered 2 nights free, which we accepted. However, the extent of the work was clearly going to be much greater. The owner told us 2 days before we arrived that the work would be more extensive via a short message, but by then it was too late to find anywhere else to stay. We sought compensation after the holiday through the owner but they stopped communicating. Very disappointing experience.

Buenas tardes Mrs Lauren Siento mucho todo lo ha sucedido con la construcción de la calle donde esta ubicada Villa Sunlight durante su estadía. Pero lo comunique 2 meses antes de su llegada lo de la obra e n la calle y por eso le regale 2 noches totalmente gratis en compensación a la obra, del cual Ud acepto encantada estas 2 noches. Para mi como propietario es muy incómodo esta situación pero me es imposible manejarla ya que no depende de mi, sino del constructor que esta siendo muy irresponsable, informal ya que nos dado varias fechas de terminación y no ha cumplido con sus fechas. Le pido mil disculpas y ademas son cosas que se nos escapa de nuestras manos y Sin embargo me hubiese encantado que asi como escrito lo de la obra de la calle hubiese hablado como funciona de bien Villa Sunlight que nunca tuvo problemas con la casa tampoco con los electrodomésticos etc y que para su llegada la casa estaba impecable en la limpieza y sin embargo el dia de su check out la casa esta muy sucia y con malos olores en el salon con muchas manchas y toda la basura acumulada interior y exterior de la casa y tuve que incrementar mas horas de limpieza. Lo siento no queria hablar lo de la limpieza pero la situación lo amerita. Un saludo Karina

construction going on around the villa

Just got back from what should have been a relaxing and well needed break to what unfortunately turned out to be a very stressful holiday. There is work going on around the villa at all times with continuous noise from HGVs and workmen which was our alarm call just before 8am every morning till 6pm. It was relentless and most times we couldn’t enjoy the outside space as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak. There was no privacy as we were constantly overlooked by workmen working on telephone poles and others that were constructing a new villa. There was only a dirt path/road around the villa with deep trenches. There is a serious lack of health and safety here and hard hats and walking boots are a must! This villa should not be available to book. We were notified of some works, but not the full extent, by the host 3 days before we were flying out, when it was too late to cancel. The hosts weren’t helpful at all and in fact we felt threatening by their behaviour. This villa is advertised for 10 people , there were 5 loungers and not enough parasols and the chairs and loungers have seen better days. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is accessed by going out of the main property so is set aside, this only caters for 8 people. It is not a luxury villa as advertised and much smaller in size then made to look. Works have been going on since November 2021 and we can’t see them finishing in the near future.

Je vais laisser une appréciation en français pour nos amis "non anglophiles". Nous avons passé une super semaine. Nous étions 6 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé. Les +: - L'appartement de plain-pied bien insonorisé (important avec nos enfants en bas âge). - Chaque partie perso a sa salle de douche. Hyper moderne, très propre. - La piscine nickel Chrome et sécurisée à demande (très important pour nous). Fraiche début Mai mais ensoleillée de 10h à 18h. Nos enfants de 4 ans ont passé 2 heures par jour dedans sans pb. - La proximité de la mer, la proximité des commerces et restaurants (notamment côté vieille ville). - La gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires qui nous ont dépannés deux ou trois fois (ils habitent dans le coin). - Place pour garer nos deux SUV sans pb dans l'enceinte de la propriété. Les -: - Lave-vaisselle petit format. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons! Merci pour tout.

Beautiful villa great location

De villa is gelegen in een rustige buurt en voelt erg veilig. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan makkelijk naar het strand lopen en je bent ook binnen 10 minuten in het oude centrum van San Pedro. Er zijn veel mooie stadjes in de buurt te bezoeken. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Karina is heel aardig en antwoord direct alle vragen per whats app of telefoon. De omgang was erg fijn.

Un chalet estupendo relax y confort

Precioso chalet, muy confortable, de una zona planta. Súper cómodo, bien pensado, com salida a la piscina desde el salón. Para familia con niños y adolescentes. Karina nos hizo sentir como en casa siempre atenta y cuidando cada detalle, no nos falto de nada. La Zona de barbacoa está genial, la cocina muy completa. La situación del chalet te permite desplazarte sin dificultad a todo Marbella. Muy cerca del paseo marítimo De San Pedro de Alcantara. Nos la pasamos genial. Volveremos.

Casa preciosa

Bonita casa, muy cómoda para disfrutar con niños y adultos, la propietaria encantadora siempre disponible para facilitar la estancia y hacer recomendaciones sobre la zona. Único pero es la playa que no es una zona de arena fina aunque sí que está muy cerca del paseo marítimo.

It was a great stay

Karina gave us a warm welcome in the Vila. Everything was arranged perfect. The Vila was clean and the rooms look pretty. Every hour of the day there is a spot in the garden with sun. The beach and restaurants are on walking distance. To go to puerto banus costs only 11 euro with the taxi. It is a great place with a great host and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Karina!

Lovely villa and excellent customer service

When booking this property I had a few questions as we were taking my 7 month old away for the first time. Karina was nothing but helpful from my very first message, gave quick responses and posted extra pictures online for us to see the facilities provided for my little one. Could not of asked for a better hostess, she made our choice of accommodation so easy and stress free. The villa itself is beautiful, plenty of outside space and the swimming pool was the perfect size. The pool seemed to be partly shaded most of the day which was perfect for our baby as it meant he could enjoy the pool all day too. The location was ideal, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. On arrival I got a taxi from the airport to the villa for €110, however I would recommend you speak to Karina directly as she organised our transfer back to the airport and it was only €90 and took the stress away of having to book one ourselves. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the villa and can not thank Karina enough for all her help and kindness. Would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic family holiday

Great house, well equipped, great location and Karina is always on hand to help out if and when needed. Thoroughly recommend and would visit again. 👍

Amazing house with a very kind landlord

The house is just perfect, it’s got everything you need. The rooms are very Nice and tidy. The outside got a amazing swimming pool and space were you can eat outside with a BBQ. Also is the landlord very Nice and really wants to help you id you got a question. Overall a amazing stay

Very nice villa

The property is very clean and near to the beach. Karina, the owner, is friendly and very helpfull. Our family had a wonderful holiday. I would recommend this villa to everyone. Abertina D.

Amazing!

We were 10 friends who stayed in the villa for one week and everything was perfect! The house was amazing, we had everything we could wish for and we had a wonderful time in the villa. Karina was wonderful and helped us with everything we asked for. She also got us a driver that picked us up at the airport when we arrived and also someone who picked us up and drove us to the airport the day we went home. I really recommend this villa and we will definitely go back!
