Welcome to our superbly located recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment, offering comfort, style, and convenience for your stay in London.
Peckham is home to an abundance of bars and restaurants and is one of the most cosmopolitan parts of London.
Arranged on one floor, this stylish apartment is perfect for your next stay.
The space
Peckham is a wonderful area of SE15, South East London. the neighbourhood has a relaxed feel with great restaurants and galleries. The apartment itself is in private development. It is centrally located but remains a peaceful base.
Upon entering the apartment, you will see the bright and spacious open plan living area. A favourite feature of ours is the engineered wood flooring, this runs throughout the apartment providing a consistent stye, we hope you'll enjoy this as much as we do!
The beautiful kitchen is well equipped with all of the main appliances, such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, hob, and oven. There are also smaller appliances you can use such as a kettle and toaster.
Once you have cooked your meal, it can be enjoyed at the dining table. There are four places, making it an ideal space within the apartment and a great place to socialise.
The contemporary furnishings continue through to the lounge area, where there is a sofa - designed by a renowned UK designer. You will also find a smart TV here, guests are free to enjoy streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon etc (personal log ins required).
The Master bedroom has a comfortable (UK) King sized bed, bedside tables and bedside lamps. There is a wonderfully sized fitted wardrobe for guest belongings along with a full-length mirror.
The bathroom is modern, having been recently renovated. You can relax in the bath or use the shower, which is above the bathtub. There is a WC, basin and towel rail also.
To the right of the entrance, is the second bedroom, with double bed. This runs alongside the wall on one side and there is a bedside table complete with lamp on the other side of the bed. Please note that there is no storage facility for guest belongings in this bedroom.
Free Parking: There is one parking space available for Guest use but the vehicle registration number MUST be provided no less than 48 hours prior to Guest arrival or the vehicle registration will not be able to be registered in time.
Guests will have access to the entire flat during their stay. I won't be around in person during your stay, however, a remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. My property management company, Pass the KeysÂź, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should guests need any assistance before, during or after their stay.
The flat is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and shower towel to use for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during guest stays are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Newsagent 2 minute walk away on Peckham High Street. For a larger Supermarket - LIDL, Morrisons and Sainsburyâs are 5 minutes walk away.
The flat is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the whole apartment. Please note that one half of the right-hand side of the wardrobe (located in the Master bedroom) is used for the owner's belongings. There is still plenty of storage space in the left hand side of the wardrobe.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
