Along with the neighbouring village of Horstead (1 mile), you’ll find plenty of local pubs and necessary amenities. Head to Hoverton (1.5 miles) for a chance to admire the area from aboard the Bure Valley Railway, Norfolk’s longest narrow-gauge railway. If you are looking for a day at the beach, Sea Palling is just 11 miles away, with its sandy bays and calm waters, the beach is a firm favourite with families. The Norfolk Coast Path passes through the beach, providing mile upon mile of picturesque walking trails.
