Wyngate consists of a kitchen/diner with a range with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a utility with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a sitting room with gas fire and Smart TV, and a snug. The bedrooms includea king-size with en-suite roll, a ground-floor double with en-suite, another double and a twin along with a separate Bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a summer house with furniture, pool table and hockey table plus off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a beach within 0.2 miles and a pub within 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wyngate is a delightful spot for your stay in Norfolk. Note: There are steps down on the king-sized bedroom. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Gardener attends to property on alternate Saturdays. Please note: This property does not accept Sunday check-ins.

Its imposing tower of red and white stands proudly on the north-eastern headland surrounded by verdant countryside. You can visit this beautiful structure during public open days and climb the 112 steps up to the lantern. Another notable building in the village is St. Mary's Church, a 15th century landmark, whose tower warned mariners of the position of the perilous sandbanks nearby. This church also has set open days, where you can enjoy splendid views of the sea and enveloping fields from the top of the tower. Enjoy a picturesque stroll down to the beach and watch the lifeboats speedily tackle the untamed seas. There is also a village trail for you to amble, taking you past all the Happisburgh landmarks worth seeing. The village of Winterton-on-Sea is within easy reach by car and boasts a vast beach and wildlife-rich nature reserve that has attracted colonies of Terns and rare Natterjack toads. The old fishermen's cottages and village church makes it an idyllic location to bring the family for a day out. Further afield is the city of Norwich with its two cathedrals and Norman castle, whilst the popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth offers one of Britainâs largest open air markets. A wonderful destination for your next holiday by the sea.
