This apartment is located just 350 meters from Copacabana beach and 3 km from Ipanema beach, as well as being 5 minutes from the metro. The location is ideal, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a variety of other services. Here, you can enjoy everything the city has to offer.

In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our office.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
