Recently renovated terraced house located in the exclusive Buenavista urbanisation, Mijas.
Just 7 minutes by car from Mijas, Fuengirola or BenalmĂĄdena village.
It is built with the highest standards and perfectly combines modern design with Nordic style.
Upon entering this beautiful house on the first level, the modern architecture blends harmoniously with a panoramic view over Fuengirola, BenalmĂĄdena and the Mediterranean Sea. You will instantly feel at ease while exploring the rest of the beautiful house, divided into three levels, having carefully considered the layout to maximise light and the magnificent views surrounding the property.
The living room with its white interior floats along with the beautiful natural light entering through windows overlooking the incredible view and the pool area (communal), where you have a pleasant terrace to sit and enjoy breakfast.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The three bedrooms are located on the next floor. You will find the main bedroom on the second floor with its fascinating Mediterranean Sea view and direct access to another lovely terrace. The three bedrooms are spacious and very bright.
On the last floor you will find a very spacious terrace to enjoy the sunset.
Surrounding the house you have a terrace that allows you to enjoy a quiet and relaxing area. You have the mountain just behind the house.
The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool and garden area (check opening before booking the property, as it is not open all year). The property benefits from the exclusivity provided by security gates at the entrance.
This house is ideal for families, or for sports lovers, as there are many activities to practice, such as climbing, hiking, tennis, golf, cycling, etc.
