This 65m² apartment is ideal for a couple or a professional passing through Paris. Located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, you can easily visit all of Paris on foot or by public transport.

This 1 bedroom apartment is located in the 9th district of Paris, Close to the Saint Lazare train station. The building is modern from the inside, and is protected by two automatic doors that you can open with a fob.

You can find this 65 square meters property on the last floor of a Haussmann-style building. There is an elevator until the 5th floor and then one flight of stairs to the apartment located on the 6th.

When you enter the apartment, you can see the living room equipped with one sofa, two armchairs, a TV with cable and international channels and high speed Wi-Fi.

Please note that as of March 31, 2026, the apartment now features a single 3-person sofa as well as two new armchairs. The two sofas and armchairs shown in the photos will therefore no longer be present during your stay. New photos of the living room will be posted online soon.

Two small balconies are accessible from the living room, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view of the charming neighbourhood.

The open kitchen, facing the entrance, is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to cook. It also has its own dining area, adapted for 4 people.

Near the kitchen, you have separate toilets, and a bathroom composed of a bathtub with hand shower, and a washbasin.

The bedroom is located right behind a door after the bathroom; it is equipped with a queen size bed.

Thanks to its double glazed windows, this apartment is really quiet and cozy. The entire apartment is air conditioned, a rare fact in Paris!

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
