âLa Terrasse du Prince" is an elegant apartment in a period building, recently renovated adding contemporary comfort and technology, in an ideal location for both vacation and business.
It is available for stays of 1 to 4 months.
The apartment consists of a master bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom and separate toilet, a single bedroom with private shower and toilet bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room opening onto a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris.
A large parking space is available at an additional cost.
The location in the heart of the Latin Quarter, in Rue Monsieur Le Prince; it is quiet and particularly practical, a short walk to the Pantheon, Notre Dame and the Louvre, a few steps to the M4, M10 metro stops (direct to Roland Garros) and the RER B to both airports. There are countless restaurants, bistrots and bars within walking distance, my favorites being "Le Procope", "Polidor", "Les Editeurs", "Le Comptoir du Relais", "Le Bouillon Racine", "La Mediterranée", "Marco Polo".
The Luxembourg Garden, just a few blocks away, is a great space to exercise or simply stay connected to nature and the Florentine Renaissance lifestyle in the center of Paris.
I think that the Terrasse du Prince offers a set of features quite rare for the center of Paris: two full bathrooms, terrace with a view, lift, air conditioning, garage parking, of course WiFi and Smart TV plus a projector with a 120" screen.
The 17 square meter master bedroom is quiet and bright, overlooking the interior courtyard; it has a 160x200 cm double bed and is served by an en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. The room is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV.
The single room, also on the interior courtyard has a 90x190 cm bed, a work area with printer/scanner, a full bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning.
The foyer of the apartment opens onto a large, sunny and bright living and dining area; it overlooks with three French windows along its entire length a panoramic terrace that offers open views over the rooftops of Paris, Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle all the way to the Sacré Coeur de Montmartre.
The dining area can accommodate 4 to 8 people.
The kitchen is fitted with wooden furniture, stone tile flooring and worktops; it is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, electric hot plate and oven, microwave with grill/steam, kettle, various types of coffee machines, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer and more.
A corridor leads to the guest bathroom and the bedrooms.
The entire apartment has radiator heating and heat pump air conditioning with independent Samsung Windfree fan coils in each room.
On the ground floor, the elevator access has two low steps; the elevator, for three people, is not wheelchair accessible; the interior of the apartment has a 5 cm step that leads to the living room and kitchen.
A large parking place approved for disabled people is available for a fee in the garage of the adjacent building, accessible without architectural barriers by elevator.
The building dates back to the early 1800s; the apartment has been completely renovated and is constantly updated, enhancing original elements such as exposed wooden beams, adding antique elements and contemporary details. I have worked to make the Terrasse du Prince an impeccable and classy residence, characterised by a good balance between size, privacy, view, Parisian style with an Italian touch, antique and contemporary decorations and design, comfort and technology.

When I am not traveling, I split my time between my main residence in Milan, La Terrasse du Prince in Paris, my wife's villa in Altipertoli in Chianti and a seaside apartment on the island of Elba.
The entire apartment is available for periods of 1 to 4 months with a "Bail Mobilité" mobility contract. Bail Mobilité is a rental contract aimed at professionals, employees, managers, teachers and researchers who go to Paris for work and/or university students looking for temporary accommodation. It is possible to take up residence for the period of stay, in this case the tourist tax does not apply.
Energy Performance Diagnostic Certificate (DPE): D (153 kWh/m2 an), GES: E (36 kgCO2/m2 an).
