Hello travellers and welcome to our lovely, designer & large home in the centre of Gzira !

Upon entering our property, guests will find a lovely and spacious living area, which could easily host 8 guests in complete comfort. The guests will have also access to two balconies, one at the front and another and the back. Also available is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for short/long term rentals.

The apartment also have 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Did we mention the table soccer ?!

WIFI and Air-conditioning: Stay connected and comfortable throughout your visit.

Kitchen| A fully equipped kitchen is available complete with a fridge, oven, and all the essentials for preparing fantastic meals.

Living Area| Lounge on a massive sofa, enjoy Smart TV entertainment with Netflix and YouTube, and gather around the dining table. A small balcony offers a refreshing view of greenery.

Table Soccer and Workspace | Experience maximum comfort with a combination of leisure and productivity in the living area.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom, 2nd a double bed and a single bed and the 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 3 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and features a wash/dryer and a full bath and the others are accessible from both of the bedrooms with the double bed.

Located on the eastern coast of Malta, Gzira is a charming town that offers a perfect blend of urban convenience and coastal tranquility. With its scenic seafront promenade, lively restaurants and bars, and easy access to the rest of the island, Gzira is a popular destination for both tourists and locals alike.

One of the main attractions of Gzira is its beautiful seafront, which offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Valletta skyline. The promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll or jog, with plenty of benches and seating areas where you can relax and soak up the sun. There are also several cafes and restaurants along the promenade where you can enjoy a coffee, a snack, or a full meal while enjoying the view.

For those who enjoy shopping, Gzira has several small shops and supermarkets where you can buy groceries and essentials, as well as a few clothing and souvenir stores. If you're looking for more extensive shopping opportunities, the nearby Sliema and St. Julian's areas offer a wide range of shopping malls, boutiques, and department stores.

One of the most popular modes of transportation in Gzira is the bus. The area is served by several bus routes that connect it to other parts of Malta, including Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, and the airport. The bus stops are located within walking distance of the penthouse, making it easy to explore the island without a car. The buses are frequent and reliable, and tickets can be purchased from the driver or from various outlets around the town.

Another popular option for getting around is by taxi or private car hire. There are several taxi companies and car rental agencies in Gzira and the surrounding areas that offer affordable rates and reliable service. The penthouse provides guests with the option to rent a car or book an airport transfer for a hassle-free and convenient way to get to and from the airport.

Very important notes before booking:

1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rules can result in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

2. During the lovely and summer season, although he does sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

3. An early check in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

4. Check Ins are done or by one of our team or by self check in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

5. Waste schedules are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSAPP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

8. No additional guests which are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
