360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this beautiful experience in one of the nicest places locally.

This beautiful, spacious home has a very large living area with access to an amazing terrace with beautiful outdoor views. Also accessible is a large, fully equipped kitchen (for both long and short term rentals) for the sole use of our guests, and a super COMFY sofa.

Also included is 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms !

AC and WIFI is included, did we mentioned the VIEWS ?

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!

Living area| Massive sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area is an amazing balcony with probably one of the nicest views in Malta.

Also included in the living area is a dining table which easily fits 6 people.

Bedrooms| 2 Full bedrooms, one having a double bed while the other includes 2 single beds. For over and above 4 guests, sofa bed is available to accommodate and extra 2 guests. Linens and towels will also be included.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is an ensuite.

Guests will have full access to our apartment, including the private balcony.

Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available.

St. Julian's is a popular neighbourhood located on the northeastern coast of Malta, known for its vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches. The neighbourhood is situated in the town of Paceville, which is considered the entertainment hub of Malta.

St. Julian's is also home to a number of hotels, apartments, and guesthouses, making it a popular destination for our guests. The neighbourhood is well-connected to the rest of the island, with regular bus services and taxis available.

In addition to its nightlife and beachfront location, St. Julian's is also known for its historical and cultural attractions. The neighbourhood is home to the St. George's Bay, which was once a fishing village and is now a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. The Bay also features a number of churches, including the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, which dates back to the 16th century.

Overall, St. Julian's is a lively and vibrant neighbourhood that offers a mix of entertainment, history, and natural beauty.

Getting around from our Meridian Suites is easy and convenient, thanks to the excellent transport links in the area.

For those looking to explore St Julians and the surrounding neighbourhoods, there are several bus stops within walking distance of the suites. The local bus service operates regular routes to popular destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and the nearby beaches, making it a convenient and affordable way to get around.

For those who prefer to travel by taxi, there are several taxi stands in the area, and we would be happy to help arrange a taxi for you upon request.

If you're looking to explore the island independently, renting a car is a great option. There are several car rental companies located nearby, and we would be happy to provide recommendations.

For those who prefer to explore on foot, the location of our suites in the heart of St Julians means that many of the area's top attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance. With Spinola Bay just a stone's throw away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take a dip in the Mediterranean, or indulge in a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
