Magnificent flat with private SOLARIUM TERRACE recently refurbished located in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood in the centre of Seville with a very well cared decoration and with all the comforts. It is located in a unique building that combines the charm and tradition of an emblematic building with a modern interior design. With a maximum capacity of 3 people.
The flat has one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen and is fully equipped (air conditioning hot/cold, WiFi, smart TV, safe).
The space
Stylish flat with private TERRACE (solarium) of 15 m2 of category AT two keys located in the very CENTRE in the heart of the Santa Cruz district. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, large living room with single sofa-bed (1,20x1,95) and kitchen. It is decorated with a lot of care but at the same time thought for the total comfort of the guest who will find a perfectly equipped place. It has a maximum capacity of 3 people who will rest in comfortable beds of the highest quality. Located in the emblematic Cruces street in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, a very well known place in Seville for its history and the beauty of its buildings and very close to the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Murillo Gardens.
The lounge is exquisitely decorated in a modern and cosy style. In the living room there is a dining table and a sofa bed.
The bedroom has two single beds of the highest quality.
The flat is located on the first floor of a beautiful building with lift and a patio that gives it a lot of light. The interior design is very elegant, practical and up to date, making the rooms very pleasant and cosy.

During your stay you have access to the whole house, you will enjoy the whole flat.
The house is delivered with the necessary bed linen and towels for the guests. In the bathroom you will find bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You don't need to carry all this in your suitcase.
The flat has high speed fibre broadband, so it is also an excellent place to work.
