A beautiful, modern 6 bedroom Villa just 5 minutes away from the scenic views provided by the Cala D'Or Marina.
The outdoor terrace is finished in a natural travertine stone giving the area a rich quality.
There are plenty of seating areas with comfortable cushioned chairs and two Ibiza style day beds around the pool .
The brick BBQ is perfect for Alfresco dining with the large teak table supporting up to 10 guests.
Guests can relax in the beautiful infinity pool in the secluded private garden.
The open plan living space has a contemporary feel. With natural light flooding through the large sliding doors which open the full length of the open plan living room and kitchen and lead to the outdoor pool, it brings the outdoors inside! We have also recently installed a luxurious, modern day log burner to bring the aesthetic of the sunset inside.
The upper terrace is the perfect place for entertaining large parties with an abundance of space, comfortable seating and Ibiza style day beds enclosed in an electric pergola to give you sun/shade at your convenience. It serves equally as well as a relaxing space after a long day in the sun, sipping a cocktail as you watch the sunset overlooking the illuminated pool.
The games area with a pool table and table tennis will keep kids (and big kids!) entertained for endless hours.
Please be advised that all bookings must start and end on a Saturday - any other booking requests will be declined.

The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Lower Ground Floor - 1x bedroom with 1x King size bed and en-suite. 2x bedrooms with 2x single size beds. 1x shared shower room ( two of the bedrooms on this floor are smaller than the rest as they are quite large , especially the first floor suite size bedroom and I would say these lend themselves more to families with children . Although we have had adults in these rooms without complaint I think I should point this out . You can see the setup size in my photos )
Ground Floor - 1x bedroom with 1x King size bed and en-suite. 1x bedroom with 1x king size bed. This next to the main bathroom
First Floor - 1x bedroom with 1x Super king size bed and its' own wet room.
