Delightful, newly renovated, bright studio apartment with small balcony.
On the fourth floor (with elevator) and equipped with all amenities.

Located in the heart of Rome, 3 minutes from Flaminio metro and many bus stops, all major attractions (Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon...) are within walking distance! The small apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen area with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine; a living area with sofa and extendable table suitable both as a workstation and for eating; sleeping area with French double bed (140x190), built-in closet and smart TV; bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer, towels and personal hygiene products (bath shower, shampoo, hair cap and hand soap).
Two large French doors lead to the small living balcony.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

LOVED this stay! Perfect efficient apartment, great location near Piazza del Popolo and Metro, lots of great restaurants nearby. Clean, well-stocked, great wi-fi. I was able to do a video chat while I was there. Very good communication from host. Will def stay again.

Perfect location for visiting Rome

We were really pleased we chose this apartment for a short city break! The location was perfect- close to charming Piazza del Popolo, good restaurants and gelaterias. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Definitely a place we'd recommend!

I absolutely loved this spot! I traveled by myself and it was perfect! Cute little kitchen and bed was white, fluffy, and comfy! Super cute patio and great area! I would stay here again for sure!

Great location. Comfy bed. Hosts most generous with communication and suggestions for activities. Too busy to shop. Walked to the Vatican for my tour as the busses were on strike. 5 days in Rome. Perfecto! Our first time in Rome and we picked a great home base. Near Piazza del Popolo with all major attractions within walking distance. Michele and Ludovica were fantastic hosts and responded quickly to all of our questions. We’ll be coming back to Rome soon. An eternal city and so much to do.

This place was perfect for our stay! All the major attractions are a short walk away. And there is a subway stop very close if you're not into walking. The bed was comfortable and having a kitchenette was nice, even though we didn't use it that much. Being able to close out our nights spending time on the balcony was a real treat. I would absolutely book this place on my next trip to Rome.

We weren’t able to stay here because of an issue with the place, but the host immediately set us up in a hotel a few doors down and did our laundry to make up for our loss of the machine. They were very communicative and helpful. Wonderful neighborhood and prime location

À sweet studio in Roma

My daughter and I stayed in Roma for 3 nights. We really enjoyed the tidiness of the studio, the quietness and the style of the building. The balcony was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. We very much appreciated the neighborhood and walked everywhere from where we needed to be or took the subway and train to and from the airport. Thank you to our host who was very responsive and helpful.

Little Rome Delight

The Studio Apartment was adorable. Comfortable bed, spacious sitting area. Balcony provided a view of the area. The mini split (a/c) kept the room cool. The kitchen had all you needed to cook (even though we didn’t). The elevator came in very handy. Traveled to various areas while in route to the Olympics. This was my favorite VRBO stay.

Excellent Stay

This unit is a perfect location for a visit to Rome and we enjoyed our stay very much. Check in is easy with access code and a lock box for the key. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps. We walked to the Vatican about 30 minutes and we also walked to the Colosseum in about 35 minutes. Piazza Del Popollo is 109 meters away and a taxi stand and Metro stop is nearby.There are three restaurants just steps away from the apartment where we had good meals and service.The balcony is a great feature to sit on and people watch in the evening.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Highly recommend!!

We are so glad we stayed here! After having our cruise cancel last minute we decided to keep our trip to Italy. The first night we stayed in a hotel near the colosseum. It was nice but very noisy. Thankfully we found this apartment! It’s located near a great piazza and park. It’s close to multiple modes of public transport, three main streets through Rome that made it easier to find our way home after walking the fantastic streets at night. The host was very accommodating. The apartment was perfect for just the two of us and we loved the huge doors open to the balcony. It was a more quiet street but had plenty to offer nearby. We got metro passes right at the station and spent every few days traveling day trips to other places in Italy. Rome felt very central and meant we could take the train to Venice, Naples, Florence, etc and end up a short walk from our door at the end of the day. We had everything we needed to spend the day resting inside or prepping ourselves for another day out.

Perfect stay in Rome

I stayed in this apartment solo for one week on my 2nd trip to Rome. The communication with the host was super easy through the VRBO app initially and then on WhatsApp. The lift was a life saver after long walking days & I liked that you could leave the key in the lockbox on the door rather than trying to keep up with it. The location was great, just around the corner from Piazza del Popolo. There’s a taxi rank right in the Piazza & a metro stop right on the opposite side of the piazza. There’s a mini mart & a cafe a block over for snacks & drinks. 2 restaurants on the street as well as the very nice Hotel Locarno directly across from the property with a great garden bar & restaurant. The apartment was comfortable with good air conditioning. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom & cute balcony with a nice view of the street & garden bar at the hotel. The building was very quiet, you could hear a little street noise in the evenings but not enough to disturb you. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need and a nespresso machine that was so convenient on the days I needed to hop straight in a taxi and get the day started rather than going by the cafe for espresso. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome.
