Ce studio moderne juste rénové est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de vos vacances à Waikiki! Au 36e étage, vous avez une vue incroyable sur la ville, les montagnes, le canal Ala Wai et même un océan entre les bâtiments. Le condo est livré avec une kitchenette qui comprend une plaque chauffante, un grand réfrigérateur et des ustensiles. L'emplacement de l'hôtel Hawaiian Monarch est parfait pour explorer Waikiki, avec la plage à seulement 10 minutes à pied, et à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et de la vie nocturne.

Ce condo privé est pour le voyageur exigeant qui veut séjourner dans un studio 212 propre, confortable et moderne avec une kitchenette et une vue imprenable! Il s'agit d'un condo studio sans chambre séparée. Le mobilier est neuf, avec un lit queen, et une nouvelle TV écran plat 40 ". Il est à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage et sur le chemin, vous passerez toutes sortes de choses amusantes, restaurants, bars, boutiques! Nos clients ont qualifié la vue de "géniale". La vue est sur la ville, les montagnes, le canal Ala Wai et une vue sur l'océan également.

Lovely property and location

The property was lovely in a good location and had a nice kitchenette There was a nice swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The property was also located near the beach and the main shopping area near the beach walk.

Friendly owner but place is so-so

The owner was super friendly and quick to reply to all my messages. Larry has great hospitality services. We appreciated that the place got renovated. The unit was clean too- sheets/ bathroom/ etc. Overall the unit itself is not too bad. However, the cons is the building is very old. When we first arrived, the building had an eerie smell. There may have been problems with the vent/ air/ sewage. As such, the air in the building was not so great. The walls are very thin. We could hear people talking throughout the night. The AC is also oddly situated in the unit as it is right next to the bed. So if you have it ON, air is blowing right onto your head. Location was not too bad, as it is a short 10-15 min walk to Waikiki beach.

Roaches!!! Horrible & False Advertising

DO NOT RENT/ NASTY - ROACHES My husband & I rented this place out due to the pictures and the reviews. Upon arriving the first thing you notice is that the location is not in the best neighborhood & the entire building smells and looks very old! When we opened the door to the room, NOTHING & I mean NOTHING was what was advertised! The chemical smell was so bad, we couldn’t even stand in the room. The second we walked in a roach ran across the floor. There were roach bait boxes literally in every corner. There was only two pieces of furniture which were in no way “new”. Not even the bed was advertised right, it was a crappy mattress on top of a plain old school Walmart bed frame. When we opened the closet door, more roaches came out. We left & immediately searched the island for a last min hotel for the week which you can imagine wasn’t cheap! We messaged the owner and he was apologetic AT FIRST! We asked for a refund obviously! & at first he said yes. Once we talked to VRBO (who by the way is great) we found out we would not be getting a 100% refund because the owner refused to cancel the reservation on his end because it would effect his ratings!!! Yep!! Doesn’t care about anything but himself! Extremely disappointed, nasty room & we will be writing reviews constantly and talking to everyone possible so that this place gets shut down. We have pics & lots of videos.

loved the place, walking distance to everything, lovely views from room & pool area, great communication with Larry, only downfall was the swipe cards, at times wouldnt work and had to constantly get them fixed

Great place and owner

We spent 9 days in this cosy condo and we loved it. Waikiki beaches are very close, about 10 mns walk. Nice bakery at the lobby level. The owner of the condo is very kind and available. We will certainly comeback. Thanks again Larry!

Larry's 36th floor studio

My friend and I had a very nice stay for 5 nights. The room is comfortable and styled nicely. The luxury towels in the bathroom were a treat! Well done

The Room was clean and exactly as advertised. The owner Larry was very personable, and contacted us a couple of times throughout the week to make sure things were going well. I have no real complaints other than please take the wheels off the bed as it rolls away from wall several times a day. 😀 Also be aware that parking is a cash only deal. If you are hear 10 days they will Be asking you for $250 cash up front. All and all the hotel/room was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Fantastic location, great views, clean and tidy

A great centrally located 36th floor condo within walking distance to Ala Moana Mall, Hilton Village beach, and several trolley stops. An affordable modest clean residence so convenient to everything Honolulu / Waikiki. Close to the trolley line to get you anywhere you want to go. We came without a vehicle and enjoyed the location. We definately will rebook the next time we are in Honolulu. Thank you Larry for the great hospitality and super easy and simple access.

Condo is good for short stays. Very clean and bath

Condo is what Is shown. Bed squeaky but comfortable All supplies well stocked, kitchen and bathroom Great city view and partial ocean views! Easy entry and exit instructions Maybe get a folding stand for suitcase in future. Beach towels umbrellas and beach chairs under the bed nice to have for beach days! Cheeseburger restaurant one block down Good place breakfast lunch and dinner Thanks Larry for the use of your cosy condo

Location with views for days!

I booked this Airbnb for my parents’ stay in Waikiki. It was small which was expected but fully stocked and very clean. Great value for the price, especially in Waikiki. They loved the view and the fact that they could walk everywhere from their building. It was a great home base. The only things to note were that the curtains were very sheer, letting the light in which made it difficult to sleep in and it would heat up the room in the afternoons. But the AC worked very well in the unit. Also, make sure to check under the bed - my parents found beach chairs and an umbrella on their last day and they were bummed they didn’t look sooner! All in all, it was a great time. They would stay again! Larry, the owner, was very responsive to all questions and made sure to check in with them to make sure everything was okay. Thanks Larry!
