Inn On the Park Condo, un appartement récemment rénové avec un magnifique studio avec vue sur l'océan à Waikiki. L'appartement est à l'un des étages supérieurs, vous permettant d'avoir une vue imprenable. La plage, les boutiques de luxe et les restaurants sont tout autour du bùtiment. Il se trouve à quelques pas du centre de conventions d'Hawaï, du centre commercial Ala Mona, de la plage de Waikiki, du Hilton Hotel Village et de tous les magasins de Waikiki.
Nous avons également une place de parking cependant, vous devrez nous en informer avant votre séjour.

Clean, cute accommodations in central location

The unit was great. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt, the apartment was stocked with everything I might need, the location was great, and it had convenient parking available for an extra cost. As an added bonus, Jerry at the front desk was very helpful. The only downside was that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. I'd definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the view, the sun, the bed, appliances, pool, and the nearby access to food trucks, restaurants, the beach, and many buses to the Bishop Museum, Waikiki Market, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, etc. The air conditioner is noisy as it labors to keep the room cool and seems ready to be replaced. We would certainly stay again.

Nice Stay in Waikiki

Very nice room. Super comfy bed with TV and a balcony. Check in/out was smooth and we were given parking at an affordable rate. Would stay here again.

Great Location

This was in a great location. Walking distance to many tourists spots. Easy access to the local bus that takes you to beaches, museums and restaurants. We rented a car for one night and was able to rent the spot in the building for an overnight. We also did laundry in the building and super easy to access. Tiffany our host, was always available and easy to get a hold off. Will definitely book next time we are in Oahu.

Great Location & View

The location is central and walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Super clean and has a view of Diamond Head and water view - great to wake up to in the morning and have coffee on the lanai. We didn’t get to use the pool and common deck, but plan to on our next visit!

Location and view —best!

We loved the view from our room. Grateful for our little lanai. The location was prime with a very nice market on the next block. Eateries close by. And a short walk to the exciting activities of Waikiki: beach, music, entertainment. We came specifically for FestPAC. Many events were held at the Hawaii Convention Center, again a short walk away. We were very grateful for the parking space. Recommendable!

I booked this property because it said that parking was included. Lo and behold, if you don’t book far enough in advance, there is no parking available. This should be explicitly stated in the booking. I had to find my own parking. As you know in downtown Waikiki, it’s sparse and expensive. The toiletries were watered down. I left an item at the property, but could only get it late the next day. I was leaving the island early the next morning. If I had been informed when the housekeeper found it, I easily could have returned. Or if they had been available any time at all after I messaged at 4 pm, I could have gotten it that afternoon before I left early the next day. I was simply given the housekeepers phone number and told to coordinate with them. Of course, the housekeeper charged a fee to mail it back to me. The property was clean and in a good location. There was nothing extra. It’s a basic accommodation. Don’t expect customer service.

Adorable property conveniently located

The apartment was adorable and clean. A little awkward checking in and being on the 20th floor was a little scary. Balcony narrow and railing not comforting. But beautiful view and easy access to beach, restaurants, etc. Sinks a little weird, look cute, but not great function, hard to get hands under the faucet, but Hawaii is about exploring and not staying in the room. It's clean and cute and affordable. Fun stay.

Tiffany was very accommodating & was very easy to get a hold of! We weren’t aware parking wasn’t valet, we just assumed but Tiffany handled the situation in a timely manner. Loved the view!!! Probably my favorite thing about the rental.

Terrific view, clean and functional unit. The fact that the pool was closed for maintenance April 3, 2023 was not disclosed in the rental information and should have been. The project has been ongoing and is as of this date, overdue for completion. Other than this complaint, I enjoyed my stay.

Unit as Stated But...

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights. The bed was cushy, the bath towels were thick, all three elevators worked and were prompt, the A/C worked almost too well (though nearly deafening at times; the manual would have been helpful to have for settings), there were two laundry baskets and a beach chair we used, and instead of the folding chairs and table in the photos, there was a nice glass-topped table and upholstered chairs. The yellow wall color was pleasant. We could only see slices of the ocean between all the buildngs, but the night view was nice. On the downside, the two free-standing sinks had high sides while the faucets had short stems, which made getting a cup or glass under the spout nearly impossible. I hope the faucets will be changed before we stay again! In addition, it was quite dark in the room at night, with zero lighting over the table, so a lamp in that corner would have been appreciated. Other items that would have helped are facial tissue, pants hangers, more bars or hooks for towels and/or a folding clothes rack, and a rubber mat or mesh for washing and drying dishes in the sink. Being on the 20th floor would have been perfect except for the hotel strikers' noise on the next block. We could hear them loud and clear from morning until night. Let's hope that gets settled soon! Overall, we really enjoyed the room and would consider staying again mainly based on location.

Property is clean and welcoming. Nice amenities like electric kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge. Check in instructions were perfect and checking in took less than 5 minutes. Building is safe and nice. Host was very communicative and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. Parking was reasonably priced and secure in a garage. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchenette is quite small. Although there are appliances to use to cook with, finding a place to plug them in is challenging. The sink is also difficult to use to wash plates & electric skillet.

The place is convenient to everything Waikīkī. It’s a cute condo with a great view. It is nicely kept and clean. Access from Ala Moana Blvd is easy and there are plenty of options for food around.

Parking was a major stressor

Small little unit but good location. Major issue was parking. Asked about it in advance, was told it was available at the parking lot in the building. We parked, checked in, and later security knocked on our door telling us we had to move the car. Texted the host and she wrote “due to short notice our parking spaces are currently occupied, and that parking needed to be paid in advance.” Good information to have had before we arrived! Not helpful. Security told us where to park off-site. Host did step up and talk with security later so eventually moved back to the ramp in the building. Had to move the car 4 times during a 5 night stay. Very stressful since we had activities planned and time commitments to work around.

Great property and location! Would recommend this. Just crazy you pay all that money and then need to purchase parking on top of it even though the condo has a parking stall. Anything to make money I guess. The property could use the walls and baseboards washed. And there’s nowhere to leave garbage ones the bin in the room is full.

Convenient Location

Space was just adequate for 2. Ambiance could be improved. 2 beach chairs & 2 beach towels would be nice. We did not care for the soap & shampoo. Communication with host was clear & easy; we received responses quickly. A binder or something from host with policies, recommendations for food, etc needed
