Grasse Villa | Pool & Walk to Old Town

Welcome to Villa Belle Vue!

This 5-bedroom Art Deco-style villa, featuring a pool, outdoor dining spaces, seating areas, and sunbeds with a view over the valley, is located just a few minutes' walk from the old town of Grasse. This town has a rich and ancient history and has always been the perfume capital of the world. In the charming old town, you will find a great number of museums, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and bars, as well as all necessary daily services, just a short walk from the villa.

The inside

The villa spans three levels, and you enter on the 3rd level. Here, you will find a hallway with a guest toilet. Upon entering the living room, you'll discover a spacious seating area in front of the fireplace, along with a cozy library corner equipped with seating and a work desk. Enjoy the balcony facing south with stunning views of the sea. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a lounge/TV area with comfortable seating and views in two directions.

The classical French kitchen is designed for social cooking, featuring ample space for meal preparation. Beyond the main kitchen, there is a smaller kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and the latest techniques.

A broad staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where you'll find three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped laundry/ironing room.

On the 1st floor (the lowest level), you'll find a separate studio accessible only from the outside. This space includes a bar kitchen (no cooking facilities), two double bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. Enjoy the private terrace facing south for outdoor relaxation.

The house spans a total of 295 m² and offers 10 beds and 3 bathrooms (5 double rooms). Enjoy the convenience of fiber WiFi and a Sonos sound system on the 1st floor.

The outdoors

The villa is located some 440 m above sea level, offering astonishing views over the valleys of Mouans-Sartoux, Valbonne, and Mougins, as well as Cannes and Mandelieu in the distance, surrounded by the blue Mediterranean Sea.

At the entrance of the villa, there are two private parking spaces. The garden is fully private with minimal visibility from the street or neighbors and is built on several south-facing levels with a sundeck and outdoor showers. Below this, there is a saltwater pool with relaxing areas. On the other side, there is a dining area seating up to 12 people. A small step down, you will find a generous lounge area overlooking the valley and the sea. Here you will also find the outdoor barbecue. The lowest level facing the entrance of the villa holds another lounge area, with plenty of space for playing table tennis or other games.

Convenience and Accessibility

Just a 35-minute drive from the airport, our villa ensures easy accessibility for your travels. There are also buses departing from Grasse if you prefer to travel by public transport instead.

There is a park just 200 metres east of the house, featuring numerous pétanque courts, a children’s playground, and generous green areas. You will find courtesy pétanque sets in the entrance wardrobe of the house.
