The spacious outside patio and large infinity pool provide ample opportunities for where the entire group can unwind, swim, bbq, and eat outside. It is also a perfect place to relax with a sundowner and take in the views as Kalkan Bay lights up in the evening. Kalkan’s Old Town, beach, and harbour are accessible by short taxi rides, (or a 15–20-minute walk downhill).
The accommodation is spread over three floors and offers complimentary wi-fi internet and air-conditioning throughout.

Ground Floor
The ground floor of the villa is approached by a flight of steps leading up from street level. The spacious open-plan living area has a double-height lounge area furnished with a plush L-shaped sofa, armchairs, and a coffee table and large flat screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens up the living area to the pool and wide terraces beyond whilst maximising the sea views from inside the space.
The modern L-shaped kitchen with its adjacent dining area which opens up to the pool terrace via wall to wall sliding doors. The kitchen includes all the mod cons you would expect in a villa of this level, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, electric grill, toaster and water cooler.
There is a communal cloakroom and w.c. on this floor.
One twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located on this floor and has direct access to the pool terrace by means of glazed sliding doors.
The ground floor is connected to the upper floors by a stylish marble staircase.
First Floor
Two of the villa’s six bedrooms, two doubles, are located on this floor. Both have en-suite shower rooms and furnished sea view balconies.

Outdoors
The spectacular focal point of the villa is it's spacious outdoor area is an impressive infinity pool that measures around 16m by 4.5m and has a depth of 1.5m. A shallow area with four sun loungers plus an additional eight more provide ample sunbathing opportuniıtes for the whole group white soaking up the views. The pool is entered by steps (no handrail) and has a seating ledge where guests can partake in a hydromassage from the jacuzzi jets. Under a covered pergola there is a shady comfortable seating area and an outdoor dining table set for 12 with an adjacent built-in barbeque which provides a setting for evening dinners with a view of Kalkan’s sparkling lights.
