This one bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor with amazing views, the bedroom has 2 single beds, there is one bathroom and provisions can be made for an extra child in either a cot or z-bed.
There is a lovely shared pool and children's pool, with a poolside snack bar and restaurant available.

The apartment has lift or stair access, from the front door you enter into the entrance hall and on the left is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, 2 under counter fridge freezers, a dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and glasses for a couple or small family.

There is a breakfast bar opening from the kitchen looking through to the living room, this is light and airy room with a dining table and 4 chairs, plenty of sofa seating, there is air-conditioning in this room and patio doors out to the balcony, the balcony has wonderful views over towards the town and the Meia Praia beach, this balcony gets sun for most of the day, there is a safety perspex barrier in front of the railings for extra security on the balcony. There is high speed Fiber internet and 120 channels in Portuguese and some English.

There is one bedroom with 2 single beds, built in wardrobe and patio doors out to the balcony, this room is also airconditioned. it offers an amazing view to wake up to.

The bathroom is located in the hall with a bath and over head shower, sink, toilet and this is also where the washing machne is located.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away and offers a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianized streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest restaurant: A typical Portuguese restaurant Matilde is on site and is a 2 minute walk. Alternatively walk on to the Marina de Lagos where there is a large selection of restaurants specializing in international cuisine.
Nearest beach: Meia Praia is just a 10 minute walk away, it is well supervised during the summer season and there is a diverse array of restaurants and water sports.

Lagos Marina offers an abundance of boat trips, there are dolphin trips, grotto trips or even a private boat charter available, some of our favourites are the Bom Dia half day BBQ boat trip, the Seafari's fast rib for dolphin watching or the more family friendly Days of Adventure dolphin trip on their catamaran, or just a chilled half day with Discovery Lagos on their catamaran with music, paddle boards and sea inflatables.

From the apartment its a10 minute walk to the beach and the newly installed boardwalk that goes along the length of the beach up to the Palmeira's Golf course, this is approximately 3 kilometres long.
