Town: Located on the edge of the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire, between Matlock and Chesterfield, is the tiny village of Stone Edge. Despite being well-known for its industrial past, the hamlet now draws a wide variety of tourists, especially those who enjoy the outdoors, thanks to its many walking paths and rural attractions, such as the old Stone Edge Cupola. Traditional pub fare is available for dining at the Peak Edge Hotel, and the neighbourhood farm shop sells necessities. You may find more attractions at Matlock, the county town of Derbyshire, which is also close to a variety of woodlands and hiking trails around the National Park.
