Corner Cottage peut accueillir 6 personnes + un lit bébé et constitue un hébergement superbement spacieux. Ashford in the Water constitue un point de départ idéal pour faire du tourisme, marcher ou faire du vélo. Deux pubs, restaurants et magasins locaux sont tous accessibles à pied. Pratique pour Bakewell et Buxton.
Corner Cottage dispose de 3 grandes chambres et de 3 salles de bains. Il a une cuisine entièrement équipée et sky plus tv. Nous avons été classés 4 étoiles Gold avec Visit Britain. Excellent chalet pour les séjours de courte et longue durée.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful little village. A very good location for exploring the Peak District. The cottage is well equipped with pretty much everything you might need for a stay. There are two great pubs and a village store within a 5-10 minute walk. Bakewell is also nearby.

Everything spot on ! Cottage was pretty, sweet and exactly like the photos ! Beautiful decoration even fresh flowers around and everything provided that you need for your stay - nice touch of wine and biscuits xAll bedrooms and bathrooms spotless. So pretty. So easy to check in and host great to communicate with. Location is great for walking into Bakewell and the surrounding area is so picture postcard ! Best recommendation I can give is that all of us staying have said we will go back !

A spacious comfortable clean well appointed cottage in an excellent location with reserved parking spaces by the door. We enjoyed our previous stay at this cottage many years ago and have once again had a most enjoyable experience. Mark, the host was helpful to deal with. For those anxious about internet connectivity, we can report that the wi-fi worked well! We did not have time to try the televisions!The well stocked local shop is a few minutes walk away as is the excellent Ashford Arms which offers a great dining experience. We were two couples on this occasion but the cottage would be ideal for a family. Ashford is a good base for exploring the local area with Bakewell a few minutes drive away.

Fabulous location

It was such a treat to be able to walk to the pub and also just to head off for walks from the cottage. Really enjoyed our stay - highly recommend.

Perfect location

Lovely little cottage in the heart of a picturesque village close to Bakewell. The owner was really helpful and informative and left us a nice welcome gift too.. Enough parking for three cars which was useful as the village got very busy during the day. Would definitely stay again next time I visit the area.

Corner cottage

Cannot fault this old cottage, perfect location for great walks from door, 2 pubs on doorstep. Really comfy beds, extremely well equipped, roomy for large numbers. Added bonus of netflix and skyq, lovely welcome gift too...300 year old cottage, would definately return.

Girls weekend

Lovely few days with my girls in Ashford. The cottage is really well equipped and was perfect for us. The pub in the village is so welcoming, food good and very dog friendly. Would recommend a stay in this beautiful village!

Comfortable and cosy

Lovely comfortable cottage in a great village that can access walks direct from the village. It’s got all the facilities you need for a weekend away. Two great pubs, one lovely pub grub with good atmosphere the other great dining and very attractive. A tea room for your morning Coffee and a small shop for essentials.

Our host was great and quick to get things sorted out when we had an issue with the boiler. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Perfect location for what we had planned with everything we needed in walking distance.

Excellent long weekend at Corner Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Corner Cottage which was very clean and well presented. The location is excellent with Bakewell just a short walk away, with a lovely river walk. There are two pubs within a five minute walk. Mark was extremely helpful prior to check in providing lots of details about the property and surronding area. He also, very kindly, left us a welcome gift.

Wonderful cottage

We have just returned home after a wonderful stay at corner cottage. It is the perfect place to stay, spotlessly clean the photos don’t do it justice, it’s much bigger than we thought it would be, and central to Buxton . Nice little touches for our welcome. Would not hesitate to return on our next trip to Derbyshire Thankyou Mark

Fantastic house in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The location was perfect. We had lovely food in the village pubs. Mark was also amazing. I had a lovely chat with him and he gave me some great sightseeing tips. Would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage and brilliant location

Cottage was well presented, clean and tidy. Kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. Owner was contactable, very friendly and helpful. Cottage location is brilliant for lots of local walks without having to drive..and the local pub us only 2 minutes walk and the staff and food are excellent

Yearly Get Together

Property was exactly as described although bigger than expected… exactly suitable for our requirements. The cottage is centrally located with 2 pubs, hotel & coffee shop to eat in. Also we’re able to get the hop on hop off bus from the village and Bakewell is about a 39 minute walk away.
