Great view, but that’s it.

37th floor apartment, excellent view, but not much else. Elevators don’t consistently work going up or down. In my unit the bathroom tub hot water handle does not on. All the kitchen chairs have significant spots on them like mildew or mold. The living and dining area furniture pieces are old and in need of an update. Overall not much more than a good view.

Well appointed view condo in great location. Secure building with fantastic pool area. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Kat was very helpful during check in. Be sure to ask about parking if you plan to bring or rent a car.

Beautiful view but needs some maintenance

Room Impression: First, we loved the view and balcony, the spaciousness was fantastic! Check in: All of this had a shadow cast over it in the beginning because they treated us like we were criminals because we were riding very expensive touring motorcycles. There was NO parking for motorcycles and we weren't even allowed to pull up to drop our bags off first. VERY HUMILIATING! This was after I specifically asked about parking our motorcycles when we were booking. SO the problem was ignored up front. We finally found parking in a garage 3 blocks away and had to carry our bags all the way! That's just unprofessional to say it bluntly. You should of at least treated us like guests at check in and let us ride up to drop off our bags at check in. Maintenance: The bathtub in the large suite had a hot water faucet handle that was VERY difficult to turn on or off. Then the jets in the tub didn't work. There was soap scum all around the shower floor in the 2nd bathroom. And the sliding doors wouldn't open all the way. Other: The welcome bottle of wine was nice as was our check in person. Overall: We would never recommend this to anyone based on how they treated us as motorcycle riders. You would think we were Hell's Angels they way they looked at us when we wanted to ride up to the check in. the check in staff making our ID cards could have been friendlier. I guess it's a downtown thing to be rude. For the record, I've stayed at the Fountaine Bleau and it was fantastic!

Fantastic condo with amazing views!!

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful condo before our cruise and it was amazing! Super clean and the views were spectacular! Natalie & Silvia were very responsive and when we arrived very late it was a simple check in process. I highly recommend this unit and will be staying again the next time we’re in Miami!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing, clean, and the view was just breathtaking. We walked around the area and it was very relaxing. Barbara was amazing, making sure we were enjoying our time there. The pool and hot tub were great!! We truly loved this place. Definitely recommend!

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
