Very great place. It literally places you in the middle of everything downtown Miami has to offer. Mainly food places for me. But the host was great, very easy to get in touch with. The condo was clean and offered an amazing view of the city.

This was an amazing stay. Anita communicated everything perfectly and even gave us ideas of things to do! The location was perfect, the wrap around deck amazing and the size and space was more than we could have asked for!

The host was amazing; communicated throughout. The condo unit was a corner and had wrap around balcony; water view and city!!! We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The property was in a great location in Brickell; walkable to all!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Parking was available and secured. Lots of shopping and food options. Public transportation is super easy and convenient to access. The host was available 24/7 and very easy to communicate with. The apt was neat, clean, fully furnished, and equipped with kitchen essentials. The view was amazing. I will and would stay here again.

We did a day trip down to Miami and arrived early on property. The condo staff were extremely friendly and they held their bags for us while we explored Bayshore. The view from the condo was amazing. And the pictures that we got of downtown at night we're breathtaking. The property is large and clean. Perfect for my family. Definitely plan on coming down again as there is so much to do.

Amazing place and host.

The place is amazing, everything clean, in a very privileged location at Brickell. Anita is such an amazing host, always pending during our stay. A very nice person. Extremely recommended, the building and its amenities are very complete.

The view and location were the highlights of this stay! Perfect, central location for walking to restaurants and stores. Beautiful sunsets. The building is pretty dated, the pool area was littered with cigarette and other trash and not well maintained. Our condo had dust and hair covering floors and other surfaces. Not given pool towels and needed to ask for more toilet paper and sheets/pillow cases. Definitely a party type of atmosphere and not very kid friendly in the afternoons/evenings. Great responsive hostess, definitely reco for a girls trip.

In terms of the grounds - unfortunately Spring Break can bring in a demographic that can be rowdy and likely why the pool area may have been in that condition. The building is usually very family friendly and the pool is very chill. Typically guests use the towels we provide for the pool area as well. We immediately provided extra sheets and toilet paper at your request. And the place is always professionally cleaned - the flooring is natural stone and thin cracks are part of the aesthetic, I can guarantee it’s not dust and hair, I had to explain this to another guest and they apologized lol All good!

I have stayed at properties all over the world, and I can honestly say this was one of the finest experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this place was something special. Anita’s place was absolutely immaculate, beautifully designed, and even more impressive than the photos. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the high-end furnishings to the incredibly comfortable bed and the breathtaking views from the balcony. The location simply couldn’t have been better. Everything Brickell has to offer was just steps away—fantastic restaurants, rooftop bars, shopping, coffee shops, and the waterfront. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.The cleanliness was flawless. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms were spotless, and every amenity exceeded my expectations. What made the experience even more exceptional was the host. Communication was outstanding from beginning to end. Every question was answered immediately, check-in was effortless, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure my stay was perfect.If you’re considering staying anywhere in Brickell, stop searching—you’ve found it. This property exceeded every expectation!

Birthday celly!

For my first time in Miami and the itinerary of things my friends and I were doing, this place was perfect for our weekend. It’s spacious, Chique and the views… well you can’t really beat them. Had some hiccups with check-in bur Anita was amazing at helping me asap with the property and checking in periodically throughout the stay. Also, the location is unbeatable… you can practically walk to everything and if you’re clubbing - an uber is cheap and quick from this spot. Would definitely stay here again!!
