Step into this well-appointed 49th-floor corner condo, featuring two "L"-shaped balconies that offer expansive views of the city and partial ocean. The space is family-friendly and designed to accommodate up to six guests comfortably.

Bayside Marketplace is just a 7-minute walk away, South Beach is a mere 5 miles away, and the Wynwood Arts District is only 2 miles away. Additionally, youâll be close to the Port of Miami and convenient public transportation options (Metromover/Metrorail).
Getting Around:
The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.
Other Things to Note:
- Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- A $35 + VAT per night resort fee is charged at check-in, giving you access to awesome Gale amenities like pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, specialty dining, and more. This fee is separate from the room rate and managed by the hotel.
- The check-in process takes place at the front desk with the assistance of one of the host's onsite representatives. It is essential that all guests provide an exact arrival time to prevent any delays. *For late check-ins after 11:00 pm, an additional fee of $50 will be applied. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes later than the agreed time, an additional fee of $35 will be charged.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine and an additional $100 USD cleaning fee.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. If additional cleaning is necessary due to excessive dirtiness, a fee of $100 USD will be applied.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We offer Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee & subject to availability
- Some amenities are subject to a fee such as the onsite restaurants.
- There are no mailboxes or intelligent lockers, so guests are responsible for receiving their own packages.
- An independent management company operates within the condotel building. Please note that any issues with the building are separate from our condoâs management, which is out of our control.

- Package Policy: Youâre welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for you at a $5 daily fee. Please note this is fully managed by the building and not by Lua Host, so we do recommend avoiding deliveries when possible. If you do need something sent, this option is available.
- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like trash bags, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. These items are not replenished, when you run out youâll need to purchase more.
