Check in will only be done by appointment between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The flight number must be communicated at the time of booking together with the arrival time. If the guest arrives by car, an appointment must be made for check-in in the time slot indicated and furthermore the guest must notify the guest 3 hours before arriving at the apartment with a message on Airbnb or Whattsup confirming or warning of any delays , rescheduling, if necessary, the check-in time. Delays outside the check in time window will have to be paid as late check in.
Before the time of check in, the documents of all guests must have already been uploaded on the link sent to the guest in advance and they will be asked to sign the rental contract. Without this the keys cannot be delivered.

at the time of booking will be paid
separately in cash (euros) at
check-in. The city tax is 3,50€ per
guest (aged 11&up) per night for up
to 10 nights until 30/09/2023. As of
01/10/2023, the city tax willbe
6,00€ per guest (aged 11&up) per
night for up to 10 nights.

Do not use towels to dye your hair, remove makeup or go to the beach etc. In this case a refund will be requested for the complete replacement.
