Appartement élégant et lumineux récemment rénové situé au quatrième étage d\'un élégant immeuble avec ascenseur. L\'appartement est situé en face de l\'Opéra, dans le célèbre quartier Viminale, à quelques pas des métros A (Termini) et B (Cavour). L\'appartement est une propriété prestigieuse avec un mobilier classique et élégant, des sols en marbre et parquet, des plafonds et des fenêtres d\'origine de l\'époque qui viennent d\'être rénovées. La porte d\'entrée est accessible par un hall représentatif. L\'appartement se compose d\'une entrée utilisée comme salon avec canapé (convertible en lit simple), 2 chambres doubles, 2 salles de bains avec douches spacieuses et confortables, une grande cuisine avec coin repas. Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation et du Wi-Fi. Depuis les fenêtres des deux chambres, vous pourrez admirer un aperçu de la basilique de Santa Maria Maggiore.

April in Rome

Now let me start off that I don't consider anyplace as perfect. The good points: It was very clean & comfortable. It was safe & secure. The location was excellent for us. My wife and adult son. There are an abundance of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, banks and grocery stores nearby. Midway between two metro stops. Easy to get around. It had a lot of character. Things that could be improved: We stayed for 5 days. Only received 3 towels. A couple of more would have been great. One roll of toilet tissue per person. Had to run over to the grocery and buy a four pack. Maybe because I drank too much of the Roman tap water. Overall, I would recommend the apartment. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Fantastic Apartment in the middle of Rome

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4 for our first visit to Rome. It is centrally located to many of the historical sites (Coliseum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc.) and a 5-minute walk to the metro. We stayed here 4 nights. There are several highly rated restaurants and a small market nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice place

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Very good with some tips

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruim en schoon appartement. Makkelijk te vinden. Op loopafstand van station Rome Termini. Op loopafstand van veel attracties. Vlakbij kleine supermarkt. Aandachtspunt: we vonden de vloer in de douche van de kleine badkamer erg glad, waterafvoer erg traag. Trede in de grote badkamer zou wat ons betreft beter zichtbaar moeten zijn. Louncheruimte is buiten het appartement en was zeer rokerig.

Two days in Rome

Very nice and private apartment. We were two couples traveling together and we appreciated having two bathrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Lots of places to eat and sites within walking distance.

Great apartment, great location

Our group of two couples spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was exactly as described. Safe area, great location for restaurants and cafes, and to walk to tourist activities. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with large showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Giovangiorgio greeted us. He was very friendly and helpful. Communicated via WhatsApp upon our arrival at the airport. Good Location, Walking distance to many attractions and metro, bus,.. No towel racks in bathrooms. No livingroom Clean Nice, thick large bath towels Firm comfy beds Very friendly and responsive Very good location Go to address, you’ll see Sonya Hotel. The apartment and hotel are both in the same entrance.

Great location, clean, comfortable and beautiful! They were able to accommodate an early arrival and they were lovely to deal with, from the host to the property managers, everyone was very helpful! Felt safe and secure!

Beautiful apartment with amazing A/C!

This was a perfect stay. Easy check in, great location, wonderful a/c that was a lifesaver during Rome’s heatwave, and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome Location, Awesome Space

The apartment was clean, with both bathrooms newly remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable, including the pull out bed. The building location was in perfect walking distance to most sites in Rome. The management team was responsive to questions or concerns. This was a wonderful stay and we would recommend it to families traveling.

Great home base to explore the heart of Rome

The property is as advertised. It is quite spacious with very large bedrooms. The air conditioning is also very good, which was clutch on the very hot days. We loved the location within easy walking distance from Termini, the metro (Republic), and a number of key bus stops. The unit is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator that makes loading in and out a breeze. I also highly recommend stocking up at the grocery store across the street, great prices on essentials for the fridge. If you are like us and need luggage storage on your last day, there is a very convenient option at Bar Viminale. Loved it, great room for the rate.

Excellent Location

Very close to 2 subway lines. Great neighborhood with very good restaurants nearby. Beds are a little firm, but that seems to be normal in Italy as 3 out of the other 4 places we stayed had hard beds. Good communication. Carrifour express grocery right across the street. The shared area (with the brown leather couches) is not really usable since there is no air and neighbors come and go thu there. You certainly wouldn’t want to have someone planning to sleep out there. Overall very enjoyable!

Pleasant stay

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was cleaned and well equipped. Very convenient location with easy and safe access to all our main destinations. Communication with the hosts was clear and precise. The private transport service was great. I will definitely recommend to stay at the Carosi Apartment!

Lovely apartment in a great location

The Carosi apartment has a nice location with access to the metro only a few walking minutes away. It was very clean with everything one would need like a good air/heat conditioner, kitchen appliances and cleaning products. There was no toaster which we missed because breakfast was the only meal we wanted to prepare there. I would definitely recommend this apartment and want to stay there again when returning to Rome.

Best rental ever

This apartment is so wonderful! Close so many shops, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was quiet and well maintained. The mattress are incredibly comfortable and they had lots of extra blankets and pillows in the cabinets as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and there’s a grocery store right out the front doors of the building. The apartment manager who met us for checkin was very friendly and professional. When we had a question during our trip he got back to me within 5 minutes! Highly recommend this apartment!

Convenient location

Spacious rooms for 4 of us, very convenient location to go anywhere. The apartment had AC, washer, espresso machine, newly renovated bathrooms, towels, basic kitchen items.... it was perfect.
