Welcome to our delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Clapham Common, Zone 2. Offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, this ground-floor gem is an ideal choice for families or those seeking a peaceful yet central location in London.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: A restful retreat awaits you with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a rejuvenating sleep after your adventures in the city.
Bedroom 2: Equipped with another cosy double bed, this room guarantees a peaceful ambience for a good night's rest.
Living Room:
The open-plan living room serves as the heart of our apartment, providing a seamless connection to the outdoors. Unwind on the sofa while enjoying entertainment on the SMART TV or engage in lively conversations with friends and family. The living room is thoughtfully furnished, providing a great space for dining with bar stools or catching up on some work.
Kitchen:
Our fully equipped kitchen is complete with an oven, microwave, toaster, and a practical fridge/freezer. Feel free to cook up your favourite meals or prepare quick snacks at your convenience.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: Kickstart your day with an invigorating shower in this well-appointed bathroom, featuring a washbasin, mirror, and toilet (en-suite to Bedroom 1).
Bathroom 2: For those who prefer a relaxing soak, the second bathroom comes with a soothing bathtub, washbasin, mirror, and toilet.
Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside and be welcomed by the small but charming front garden. Although not fenced, it offers a tranquil space to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy some outdoor moments. There is also a small private terrace on the other side should you wish privacy. It's perfect for savouring your morning coffee or relishing a calm evening drink.

Our apartment enjoys a prime location, right in the heart of Clapham Common, Zone 2. Just outside the apartment, you'll find a convenient bus stop with routes leading to Brixton Tube station (Victoria Line) or Clapham Common (Northern Line). This excellent public transport connectivity allows you to explore the city effortlessly.
For avid explorers, the 137 bus offers an exciting route that takes you through Clapham Junction, Sloane Square, Knightsbridge, and Selfridges, and culminates at the iconic Hyde Park & Marble Arch, located at the top of Oxford Street! It's a fantastic way to discover some of the city's most famous landmarks.

This is a strictly no-smoking property as I am asthmatic. Please note that the security deposit will be used should this occur.
Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.

- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
