Kindly note that the flat is located on the first and second floors of the building which is accessed by two and a half staircases without the option of a lift.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
- This property does not have a travel cot or high chair.
- TV applications like Netflix are available for guests to use their OWN accounts.
- The flat is on Fulham Palace Road which is a long road. There may be some traffic noise especially in the front bedroom and living room if the windows are open. The windows are double glazed and we have also provided fans for use during hot days if you don't want to leave the windows open when sleeping.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
