This air-conditioned villa comes with a large kitchen, a dining area, a seating area, fireplace sitting area and flat-screen TVs. Villa can accommodate up to 11 persons (plus 2 infant free). The villa is surrounded by citrus and orange trees and palms, which is extended to a little private forest with pine trees and cypresses. It has a private parking in the property and various garden areas.

There is private outdoor swimming pool (9x4x1,5m) with comfortable sun loungers, forestry sitting area and also a lovely outside dining area for warm summer evenings. The villa has large spacious terraces and balconies with various outdoor sitting corners and magnificent views. This villa is also in a great location for an off season visit to the Island of Rhodes as the house has full central heating and an open fire place for the winter months.

The Neighborhood:
The Villa is located in a safe and quite area, on the outskirts of the village of Koskinou, surrounded by forest and overlooking the Mediterranean sea, 800 m away from the main road of the island, which is a perfect distance to both avoid noise and have easy access too. In the neighbourhood, there is a mini market grocery and a large playground with a modern café snack-bar, where you can go on foot, as well as taxi station. There is a local bus service to and from Rhodes town, 800 meters away from villa. The closest large supermarkets are 5 minutes drive away from the villa.

Getting Around:
It is only 10 minutes driving from the fascinating city of Rhodes and its Medieval Town, the yachting harbour and just 15 min driving from Rhodes’ International Airport. The Villa is located 10 minutes driving from the nearest beach (5 km from Kalithea Beach, 7 km from Faliraki Beach and 10 km from famous Anthony Quinn Beach). The villa is 900 m from Euromedica General Hospital and 2 kms from Koskinou Village, built at the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes.
